Your downward spiral can be very subtle or dramatic. Most people don’t understand when they have entered into their plunge into darkness and death. Contentment is the first step and foundation of spiralling up. Contentment is a state of peace through self-satisfaction. The self-satisfaction is what you give consent to, to receive your peace. When you have no contentment you fall through the trap door of boredom. And you’re spiralling into an entrapment of darkness. Boredom is literally defined as being in a state of disinterest, weary, fatigue, indifferent, lethargic, monotony and tedium. The feeling that nothing catches your interest, that everything's dull and flat.

What are the most important colour frequencies? Most people don’t understand how much colour frequencies affect them positively or negatively. Colour frequencies are chosen just because of their colour or based on the affect that the person wants. Many people say that their favourite colour makes them feel happy like the colours PURPLE, grey and black. And it would if you wear PURPLE because you want a feeling of passion or royalty. If you wear a grey suit as a manager and you want to feel and project your authority as a manager. If you wear black and you want to project and feel powerful or noble. On the negative side these colours represent sadness, mourning and death. Many people gravitate towards black because of trauma and or abuse in their childhood. They are still trapped in their darkness. Therefore it’s very important to decide on what colour frequencies that you need. There are the seen colour frequencies and the unseen colour frequencies.

Far too many projecks a MIGHTY ONE of love without justice which projecks a MIGHTY ONE that does nothing to the perpetrators but loves and forgives them. This is far from the truth. Psalm 33 verse 5, “He loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of the steadfast love of YAHOVAH.” Hosea 12 verse 6, “So you, by the help of your MIGHTY ONE, return, hold fast to love and justice, and wait continually for your MIGHTY ONE.” Unfortunately we have amongst the Brethren, unbelievers who lack and or despise the knowledge of the WORD, who are no different to evil men. Proverbs 28 verse 5, “Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek YAHOVAH understand it completely.” I hope that they will seek YAHOVAH so that they may have a complete understanding of HIS justice, love and righteousness.

CONTENTMENT!!! Contentment means self-satisfaction. To be happy with one’s portion. No matter how small or lacking that portion is. No matter how bad your life is. You’re content. It does not matter who or what is missing in your life. You’re content. You ignore what people are saying about whom and what you should have in your life. When YOU!!! Define your own satisfaction you’ll be content.

There are many beastlike and mighty one like humans all around you. But not only around you but within you are the characteristics of a beastlike and mighty one like human. One of these types of humans might be the predominate type of human you are but at any time the opposite human characteristics can appear. Therefore you need to know what the differences of the two types of humans are and how to contain the beast like human. Only then can you become a mighty one like human.

A question that many ask when they think beyond the darkness of religion and politics. There are those that believe that they are a matter or a frequency or both. Which option do you believe you are? The literal meaning of content is to contain as in the content of the jar or book. So what do you have to contain within you to be content. And the answer is something of value. Something that is worthy to be contained in you? The duality provides you with two options that you can contain within you. And that is good or evil. The level of contentment for the person that chooses good or evil is the same. Hopefully you have chosen goodness to be contained within you to be content. This is the choice that mighty one human's make.
