The term 'apocalypse' is rooted in the Greek word for 'divine revelation,' a profound insight into the end of our current reality and the dawn of a new order. The Apocalypse of Yahuchanon, the final chapter of the Bible, has a rich and complex history within Christianity. Its extensive symbolism and 'predictions' of the End have inspired profound speculation and, at times, led to misinterpretation.
