Ingredients required for making Stir fry Garlic Mushroom * 3 Bell Peppers * Mushrooms - 500 gm. * 1 Onion * 6 cloves of Garlic * Small Ginger * 2 Jalapeno/ green chillies - * salt and black paper for taste * lime/lemon juice - 1 tablespoon * 2 tbs of Olive oil Make your sauce * Half a cup of soy sauce *1 tbs of Tomato ketchup * 1tbs tbs Sugar * 1 tbs olive oil * 1 tbs of cornflour

Recipes : � 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil � 1.5 medium yellow onion, chopped � 3 carrots, chopped � 3 celery stalks, diced � 4 garlic cloves, minced � A bunch of green Onion � A bunch of Spinach � 1 cup of chopped tomato � 1 cup of chopped potato � 1/2 cup of Asparagus � Salt and black pepper for test � 1.5 tsp paprika � 1 tsp rosemary � 1 15-oz can of crushed tomatoes � 6 cups vegetable broth (Water) � 2 bay leafs � 1 15-oz can of kidney beans � A large handful of chopped parsley � Handful of fresh basil leaves � 2 cups already cooked small pasta/ macaroni
