More training

Ground solidified a bit enabling me to get out for a few training laps on the ol' '05 Yamaha Blaster

I wanted to do 20 minutes of double blips but 10 minutes and 40 blips in I was just smoked.... whoa to be a fat old man

Took the 2005 Yamaha Blaster out to Linesville Pa to Holeshot Raceway and ending up smoking the motor.

Last sprint type workout on the day on the Blaster.

Cut my main loop into 3 little loops. Tried to hit a bunch of logs just to put a grin on my face and keep my heart rate up.

Shake Down ride of the 2005 Yamaha Blaster

It wasn't as far as I thought. It turned out to be 4.84 Miles at 8:37 pace. I know thats uber slow but at my current fitness/broken down body level I'll take it.
