After getting up to date with the SpaceX Starship Launch Complex model in mid June, I have been learning how to add grass and texturing to the terrain around the launch complex. Construction at the real launch complex has been going on at break neck speed so there has been a lot to add to the model to try to keep up. This weeks additions are: Starhopper and an attempt to make a warped steel plate material such that can be seen on Starhopper. A Mobile Launchpad Access Platform, enhancements to the elevator and modifications to the elevator animation to reach the top of the tower, Added 2 steel frames attached to the launch tower that hold massive NOV drawworks hoists. Added the 6th tri level structure to the launch tower. Added the new construction locations that will become the Booster and Starship staging platforms.
