Planted 1,158 cloves of garlic this fall. This is how I quadruple my investments... Garlic investments that is. Let's talk about garlic a bit. We use mushroom manure and straw for the healthiest Italian Hardneck garlic.

We built chicken tractors/coops/chasers about six months ago. Since then we have been moving the chickens around every day and giving them fresh ground to go along with their layer feed. In this video I talk about what worked and what I will change on the next ones.

While working in the woods today, I was interrupted by some "cat calling" by a wild turkey. I thought it was a hunter because the calls were pretty fake sounding. I was wrong and there were a few ladies that would also agree that I was wrong.

05-05-2022 - We incubated some eggs from our chickens that were fertilized by our rooster. Tonight, we came home to a hatched chick and his soon-to-hatch buddy. This video covers the hatching process of the second chick. Who knew hatchlings cheered each other on as the process unfolds.

11/26/21 - Let's see what a day has done for our off grid system now that we have a 100W Solar Panel hooked up to it.

11-25-21 - It's time to take a look at setting up a functional solar system for off grid. I'm not an electrician and I don't know much about solar, so this should be an entertaining and educational adventure for me. I'll video what I can along the way and narrate the missing pieces. The goal in the end is two-fold. To learn about solar and see if there is any hope for it, and to successfully design an off grid solar system that will light a 10ft x 20ft billboard.
