Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III Xbox One Review (Rogue Gaming)
#ParasolStars #RogueGaming #RatalaikaGames #ININ #Taito
Xavier S H (gamertag) reviews the retro platformer port Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III.
Capture a piece of retro gaming now playable on your modern console with Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III. This third installment of the Taito classic brings nostalgic platformer charm at a budget friendly price point of nine, ninety-nine Euros or just under eleven U.S. dollars.
In Parasol Stars you can play in several different modes and supports either single or two-player. Armed with your trusty parasol imbued with magical power-ups you can use it to shield, stun or attack.
You have a choice of two characters to play, either Bubby or Bobby, as you traverse various levels and enemies collecting numerous power-ups including save points, which you will need due to limited lives.
The controls and gameplay are basic, as was to be expected from a retro port. I found Parasol Stars a fun and relaxing game to play along with being challenging in terms of figuring out how to solve some levels and unlock power-ups.
For example, you will only be using a couple of buttons on a modern controller, but those buttons will have a different function based on whether you are tapping or holding the button. I found this out by trial and error, whereby holding the button gathered water drops and upon releasing unleashed a powerful attack that helped clear the level.
I give Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III 8 out of 10.
Parasol Star was developed by Taito Corporation and its Western publishing partner is ININ. The game is available for Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5 and Xbox. Parasol Stars: The Story of Bubble Bobble III was played on an Xbox One and a review code was provided for this report! Watch for on-going gameplay at YouTube dot com slash RogueMediaGaming and periodic livestream at twitch dot tv slash roguemediagaming. Also catch our review of another title in this Bubble Bobble series, Bubble Bobble 4 Friends: The Baron is Back from December of twenty-twenty and until next time, Play Like a Rogue!

Rebecca Terrell: Diabolic Origins of the Great Reset
#JBS #RebeccaTerrell #DiabolicOrigins #GreatReset
With the dawn of the Great Reset made possible by the COVID debacle, the conspiratorial wolf is finally beginning to emerge from its sheep’s clothing. In fact, the more Deep State operators openly promote their true agenda, the less we should call it “hidden” or even refer to it as a “conspiracy.” Yet it is the same scheme — couched in new trappings — that has been at work for centuries under other names throughout history, and always with the same goal of overthrowing both church and state and implementing tyranny. It is the reason Robert Welch founded The John Birch Society in 1958. Rebecca Terrell traces the diabolic origins of the Great Reset and reveals what we can do to combat it. https://jbs.org/
