Call of Duty: Mobile is a free-to-play first and third-person shooter video game developed by TiMi Studio Group and published by Activision for Android and iOS. It was released on October 1, 2019, where it was one of the largest mobile game launches in history, generating over US$480 million with 270 million downloads within a year. Call of Duty: Mobile was published in other regions by Garena, Tencent Games, VNG Corporation and TiMi Studio Group. Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is a first-person shooter battle royale mobile game, which utilizes the same gameplay style as the original Warzone and its sequel Warzone 2.0. Warzone Mobile features two primary game modes, "Battle Royale" and "Resurgence". Battle Royale hosts a maximum of 120 players per lobby (instead of 150, which was the standard for the original Warzone), while Resurgence lobbies host 48 players maximum. Both game modes consist of Solo, Duos, Trios, and Quads lobby types (corresponding to squad sizes of 1, 2, 3, and 4 players, respectively). To survive, the player(s) must gather supplies and weapons from other players or remain in the "safe zone" on an open area that is continually closing owing to an expanding toxic gas. The winner is the last individual or team standing.
