Yes, I know it's Friday. Had the video recorded yesterday but, I'm new dad so I got distracted. This video is specifically directed towards the Christian community and I know in certain circles I will be harshly criticized for the take I have here. But you need to step into the ring and fight for your beliefs sometime so why not now.

In todays video I explain my perception of the game of boxing and how it relates to the game of life. I get a bit deeper into my theology and how it relates to the sport of boxing.

I realize that doing the Jab video second leads to a very confusing title, but it's pretty funny so I don't regret doing it. In todays video I discuss the most important punch in boxing. I cover several variations as well as discussing a few tips on how to workout using the jab in your own sessions on the heavy bag.
