This is a beatutiful marian antifon, a prayer to the Blessed Virgin. The translation is: Hail o Queen of the Angels, Mother of the King of the Angels. O Mary, flower of virgins, like a rose or a lily: Pray to God for the salvation of the faithful.

This is one of my favourite variations on the Marian hymn Tota Pulchra Es Maria.
