Simple Skillet Spaghetti Recipe
1 1/2 LBS GROUND BEEF, BROWNED & DRAINED
14 OZ. CAN DICED TOMATOES
1 CAN OF HUNT'S PASTA SAUCE
1 CUP WATER
1/2 LB. THIN SPAGHETTI NOODLES
Mix all ingredients (except spaghetti noodles) well. Simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 pound of thin spaghetti noodles to the sauce, making sure it is all completely submerged; if not, add more water. Cover with lid and simmer on low temperature until pasta is done (about 15 minutes).
Add slices of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Kraft parmesan. Place the lid back on top until the cheese is melted and serve! Quick and easy spaghetti!
“If you are in a hurry, this is a great way to make spaghetti! It is also very economical since the canned sauce is cheaper. If you want to dress it up a little bit, add a clove of pressed garlic! Make sure your pasta is submerged and use a large stock pot if you do not have a deep skillet.”

Prepare pasta in boiler per package directions-add 1 tsp. salt as it cooks.
Cut ends off 2 radishes and cucumber. *Cut 4 sections off each of the bell peppers. *Rinse them off. *Drain your pasta and add it back to the pot. *Use a grater to Juliann 1/2 of bell peppers and onion. *Slice radishes and quarter them. *Slice cucumber and quarter, it. *Chop rest of bell pepper into small cubes. *Chop up 6 to 8 marinated mushrooms. Chop small package of pepperonis. *Slice 3 or 4 slices of salami into thin strips.
Add balsamic glaze into pasta. *Add pepper and onion. *Add two rinsed and drained small cans of black olives. *Add meat and mushrooms. *Add bell pepper, radishes, and cucumbers. *Add 1/2 cup olive oil. *Mix and taste, adding more balsamic glaze, as necessary. *Salt and pepper to taste. Allow to marinate at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a stand mixer mix butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs. Add soda, salt, and vanilla. Add flour and mix well.
Turn off mixer and scrape the sides and bottom of mixing bowl. Add chocolate chips, oatmeal, and pecans.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Place 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Cool on a cookie rack. Yield: 4 dozen cookies

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
180g bread flour, plus more for dusting
110g milk
20g butter
pinch of salt
Cottage Cheese Filling:
125g cottage cheese
125g mashed potato
50g baby spinach
1 lemon, zested
1 tbsp thyme leaves
salt and black pepper
Spiced Honey:
50g honey
1 birdseye chilli, finely sliced
½ lemon, juiced

METHOD
Knead together flour, salt, milk and butter for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and rest at room temp for 1 hour.
Fold together all the ingredients to make the filling. Divide into two equal portions.
Tip the rested dough onto a floured bench and divide into two equal portions. Roll each out into a 25cm circle. Spread the filling into a 10cm circle in the centre of each dough. Fold the outer dough and pinch together to seal.
Flip the pinched side onto the bench, then use a rolling pin to make a nice, flat disc.
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, fry the dough until golden, about three minutes. Flip and repeat on the other side.
Place honey and chilli in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.

How to make Homemade Pasta salad! a family favorite for EVERY cookout
So every year when we have summer family gatherings, this is that one dish that we ALWAYS looked forward to having in our family. My Aunt Avis' pasta salad. Over the years we have each developed our own little twists on the dish and here is one of mine.
Ingredients:
1 large cucumber
3 tablespoons mince garlic
2 bottles of vinaigrette (your fave will do)
1 pack of cherry tomatoes (or rainbow tomatoes)
fresh broccoli florets (optional)
fresh thyme
mozzarella cheese
1 box of rotini noodles
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
olive oil to taste
Directions:
1 cook your pasta according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
2 Chop all of your veggies and cheese and set aside
3 Add your veggies to your cooked pasta and add seasonings (paprika, Italian herbs, or old bay) to taste. (seasonings are optional)
4 Pour 1 bottle of dressing over your mixture and stir until well incorporated, if need be use a little of the second bottle if it seems to dry.
5 add your cheese and give one final stir and then garnish with some fresh thyme. Cover and chill until your ready to serve.

LEMON PASTA (Real Sicilian Recipe) | Summer Recipe Using Freshly Squeezed Lemons
When life hands you lemons, make lemon pasta! In this video my mom and I show you how to make this refreshing lemon pasta dish. Using lemons also gives you a dose of immune boosting Vitamin C, which all of us can use right about now during this pandemic.
If you love lemons and want to add more of them to your cooking repertoire, you absolutely must try this lemon pasta. By the way...it's super easy to make.
I love using lemons when I cook. I squeeze lemon juice over my steamed broccoli, salmon, steak and chicken. I love a simple, yet beautiful, butter/lemon/white wine sauce for fish dishes. I use lemon zest in my bread baking. It adds such a clean and sophisticated taste to almost any dish.
Believe it or not, lemons and pasta make a great combination. A lemon pasta dish on a summer afternoon is the perfect light and elegant meal in-and-of itself. Alternatively, you can make it as a palate cleansing appetizer for a more substantial meal.
INGREDIENTS:
🍋 one clove of garlic, peeled and cut in half
🍋 1/2 cup plus two TBSP fresh Italian leaf flat parsley, chopped
🍋 zest from one lemon
🍋 3/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3 large lemons)
🍋 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
🍋 1/2 cup freshly grated parmigiano cheese, divided in half (avoid the cheese in the canister for best results)
🍋 1 pound pasta (my mom and I used rigatoni in my video, but any type is fine)
🍋 salt and pepper to taste (I did not add any extra salt to this dish as the grated cheese already contains salt. Adding more might put it over the top. With that said, if you like it more salty, add it to your liking).
METHOD:
🍋 In a bowl large enough to accommodate one pound of pasta, rub the garlic, cut side down all over the inside of the bowl.
🍋 Fill a large pot with water, cover and place over high heat.
🍋 To the prepped pasta bowl, add all of the freshly squeezed lemon juice and whisk.
🍋 Pour in ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and whisk it into the lemon juice until it emulsifies.
🍋 Whisk in ½ cup chopped fresh parsley, reserving the extra two tablespoons for later.
🍋 Add ¼ cup grated cheese, saving the rest of it for later as well.
🍋 When water is boiling, pour the pasta into the water.
🍋 When pasta is done cooking, use a slotted spoon or a small metal sieve to scoop out the cooked pasta from the water and place it in the bowl with the lemon sauce.
🍋 Give it a good stir.
🍋 Add the remaining ¼ cup grated cheese, the lemon zest and the 2 TBSP of the parsley.

Salmon Pesto Pasta | Quick Easy Dinner | Rockin Robin Cooks
Salmon Pesto Pasta
Ingredients:
6 oz. Banza pasta or any pasta you like
5 oz. can of salmon, skinless, boneless, drained
14 oz. cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
½ to 1 cup of store bought pesto sauce, or homemade
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
¾ cup carrots, shredded, organic
1 lb. asparagus, rinsed, trimmed, chopped into bite size pieces
Several fresh basil leaves, rolled and chopped for garnish
Crushed red pepper flakes, as much as you like
Olive oil
Salt
Directions:
Fill a stockpot with water and add a pinch of salt, cover and bring to a boil for the pasta.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large frying pan over medium high heat. Toss in the asparagus and carrots and cook for about 4 minutes or until al dente.
Reduce the heat to low and add the garlic to the asparagus and saute for 1 minute stirring the whole time. Don't let the garlic burn.
Add the pasta to the stockpot when it boils and cook according to package directions. Mine took 8 minutes.
Back at the frying pan, add the beans, salmon, chile pepper flakes and the pesto sauce. Add as much pesto sauce as you like. Stir to combine.
Once the pasta is done, drain and then add it to the frying pan. Toss to combine and serve for a wonderfully easy and quick meal.

Ground Chicken Fajita Pasta
2 lbs Ground Chicken
1 Tbsp Avocado or Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion - diced
3 Bell Peppers - diced (any color is fine)
4 Cloves Garlic - minced
4 tsp Chili Powder - (I use 3 chili powder + 1 hot mexican chili powder for a kick)
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 - 15 oz can Tomato Sauce
1 lb Pasta (small shells or bowties work well)
2 1/2 C Chicken Broth
1/2 C Sour Cream
1/4 C Cilantro - minced
1 C Cheddar Cheese - shredded
In large skillet heat oil over medium heat, add onions & garlic, cook for a few minutes, add bell peppers, stir occasionally. Season with salt & pepper. Add ground chicken, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano and chili powder, cook until meat is no longer pink, stir in tomato sauce. Add chicken broth and dry pasta.
Cover, cook until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally. Takes approx 15 - 20 minutes on medium heat.
Turn off heat, once pasta is cooked stir in sour cream & cilantro. Top with cheddar cheese, cover until
cheese has melted. Serve.

If you haven't made anything in your Instant Pot yet, then this Instant Pot Tuscan Chicken Pasta is the dish to try! It is easy to make, takes 3 minutes to cook, and will make your mouth water.
One of my favorite things to cook in the Instant Pot is noodles. They cook in 3 minutes and you don’t have to stand over your stove top waiting for your water to boil, or your noodles to cook.
