Out Driving around with My Sister and Niece, stopped to show them a new playground area that had just been completed. Then I noticed the Swings, 2 swings were swinging with no one on them and you can clearly see the other 2 swings sitting still.

Driving down the back roads, outside of Lake Crystal, Minnesota. I look to the left, because I saw something out of the corner of my eye 👀 and I'm like WTF
