There has been a lot of buzz around letting biological boys play in girl's sports. Based on science, this should be a no brainer, but we don't live in an objective world these days. Now conservative states are pushing bills that ban trans athletes, in particular trans women athletes from playing in women's sports. However, Governor Kristi Noem of South Dakota, a rising star in the Republican party has taken a different stance and conservatives flipped out. Andrew Cuomo headlines are plagued with sexual assault allegations. However, this is not the main scandal! Undercounting nursing home deaths isn't even the most atrocious of his actions. Andrew Cuomo colluded with a major donor to pull off a sinister plan to put COVID positive patients into nursing homes. This wasn't a "mistake". There should be outrage about these findings, yet we are more concerned with reciting MeToo stories. My fear is that he will settle with these women, possibly be impeached for his conduct and the families of the elderly will never get justice. Let me know your thoughts on this piece.
