I give you a choice, use Excel (and pay next to nothing) or buy a coherent mixed signal tester for millions of dollars. A Spectrum Analyzer won't do it, so pick from the two choices I give you.

What's the relationship between the Peak and RMS voltage of a wave? If it's a SINE WAVE it's Peak*0.707 = RMS, but if it's not a sinewave it's anybody's guess.

I explain a filter test method I call Time Multiplexed Multi-tones which is a very VERY fast way to test filters. It's not hard to understand, but it requires the right test equipment to do it, specifically a REAL mixed signal tester.
