Ex-IDF soldier: Why Israel must be stopped
Professor Hiam Bresheeth has written the definitive book on the Israel Defence Force and how militarism is so central to Israel's identity.
Here he speaks about how Israel gets away with war crimes, the 'Jewish state' and the importance of antisemitism to Zionism, Israel's dependence on the arms trade and Israel's terrifying nuclear threat.

Hezbollah, Hamas, Iran: How US empire creates its own enemies w/Eljiah Magnier & Matteo Capasso
Each day brings fresh horrors from the ground in Gaza as Israel's brutal genocide continues with the full backing of the US. Yet Israel is not operating with complete impunity.
From the Houthis' humanitarian blockade of the Red Sea to Hezbollah's missile strikes against Israel itself, the unofficial alliance of states and armed organizations known as the Resistance Axis is imposing consequences on Israel and the US. The result is a low-grade regional war, that for months has featured Israel and the US conducting increasingly brazen air strikes from Yemen to Lebanon and Syria.
Most recently, Israel bombed the Iranian embassy in Damascus on April 1, killing seven military advisors, including Brigadier Generals Mohammad Reza Zahedi, and his deputy Mohamad Hadi Haji Rahimi. Iran has vowed to retaliate. As the spiral of escalation and deterrence continues, the question arises of just how much longer the two sides can trade blows until a full-blown regional war erupts.
Veteran war journalist Elijah Magnier and Middle East Critique Editor Matteo Capasso join The Real News for a timely discussion on the historical roots of the Resistance Axis, and how the confrontation taking place could reshape regional and global politics. Corporate media has flooded the US public with a one-dimensional narrative of the Resistance Axis, leaving out a crucial detail—how decades of US and Israeli intervention and destruction birthed the Resistance Axis. Drawing on their deep expertise, Magnier and Capasso reframe the current confrontation in light of the region's history, and its future.

The Reflexive Alchemy of George Soros
George Soros has a theory of change, and his goal is to make and move history. That theory of change is easy to understand if we take the time. It is also explicitly dialectical and alchemical. For Soros, society moves "historically" during times of chaos when people are searching for guideposts for what the future will bring, and it proceeds through change by "fertile fallacies," which are the seeds of what has elsewhere been called mass-formation psychosis. That is, feedback loops based on consequential errors change history. If you want to change history, then, it's simple. First, plunge society into chaos (say, by funding lots of things that destabilize communities). In the meantime, build "reflexive" potential so that the people driven into chaos work in ways favorable to your agendas. Then, when chaos ignites, place strategic "guideposts" that lead the desperate people to make exactly the kinds of mistakes that take them where you want them to go. In this important episode of the New Discourses Podcast, host James Lindsay takes on George Soros and his dialectical alchemy of "reflexivity" through Soros's own words as printed in The Alchemy of Finance (https://amzn.to/4adNsNv) and elsewhere. You won't want to miss it.

Leonid Savin on the Influential Rise of BRICS and Global South
This comprehensive interview with renowned Russian geopolitical analyst Leonid Savin delves deep into the transformative roles and strategies of the Global South, spotlighting its burgeoning influence on the international stage. The Global South is an important force in reshaping global geopolitical outlines amid changing power dynamics. From the significant ECONOMIC SHIFTS indicated by the #BRICS nations surpassing the G7 in terms of GDP to the strategic GEOPOLITICAL INFLUENCE these countries wield in INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS, Savin’s insights offer a profound understanding of the current and future trajectories in global power structures.
Exploring the nexus of TECHNOLOGICAL GROWTH, INDUSTRIAL GROWTH, and the utilization of NATURAL RESOURCES, the video highlights how the Global South champions SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT amidst a rapidly changing global economy. The role of EXTERNAL FINANCING, especially from China, and the importance of SOUTH-SOUTH COOPERATION in fostering ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION and unity among these nations are critically examined. Challenges to UNITY and the strategic non-alignment stance in navigating between major powers like the US, China, and Russia are discussed, underscoring the complex interplay of cooperation and competition that defines today’s international relations.
While this video thoroughly analyzes the Global South's rise and its implications for global geopolitics and the economy, it does not delve into specific country case studies within the Global South or the detailed policy frameworks of individual BRICS countries. The nuanced dynamics of internal politics within these nations and their direct impacts on regional stability and development trajectories remain outside our current scope. Moreover, the specific strategies employed by these countries to leverage their NATURAL RESOURCES for more effective INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS and ECONOMIC GROWTH, while touched upon, are not explored in-depth. The video focuses on overarching themes and trends, providing a strategic overview rather than an exhaustive examination of all facets of the Global South's ascent and its complex relationships with global powers and external financiers like China.

Two Weeks After The Moscow Terror Attack: What Do We Know About ISIS-K and The CIA's Footprint?
It has been two weeks since the horrific terror attack near Moscow that left over 140 people dead, and while the U.S. was quick to describe this as an open-and-shut case that they blamed on the group 'ISIS-K', countless questions remained about the four suspected gunmen who were caught fleeing on their way to the Ukrainian border.
ISIS-K is billed as a branch of the Islamic State operating out of Afghanistan that has its sights set on global terror, and could pose a threat to the U.S. in a way that the original ISIS never has. But the group also has the CIA's footprint all over it, from its leader, who has a history of working with CIA proxies in Afghanistan, to its current members, who include Afghan spies and soldiers who once worked with the U.S.

Jackson's SPEECH In Yemen On GAZA GENOCIDE.
- OMG Jackson!!!! You're Amazing!! No Youtuber can can say they've reached this level of attention from other real world leaders!!!
-I worked in Yemen for almost 5 years in the early 00's. I landed in Seyun on September 11, 2002. What I learned in my time there, is that Yemeni people are some of the most giving, charitable and respectable people on the planet. But they can be fierce. They are born warriors.
The only thing they fear is dying without honor. They will fight to their last breath for a noble cause and there is no cause more noble, than defending the innocent in Gaza.
Yemen fought back the best that the west could deliver, for almost a decade, suffering huge casualties from bombs, famine, thirst and disease...but they kept fighting because it was right and honorable. It was the Saudis finally asked for a truce, not Yemen.
Now the Americans and British hope to push Yemeni people away from defending Gaza? They have no idea who they are fighting. They are children. Yemeni people are born with guns and knives in their hands. The sand, wadis and mountains shaped the Yemeni people over thousands of years.
If that land could not break them...no human can.
Blessings to the proud and noble people of Yemen. I hope to see you again.
-Jackson, you're the man! We love you! The oppressed of the world are rising up, and the Western oligarchs are feeling the heat. All power to Yemen! All respect to Ansar Allah! From Vancouver, Canada.
I just got to say congratulations to you man. That was an impressive speech. I remember not long ago when you were just a little shit Lib you’ve come along way farther than most men twice your age.
-Thank you for reaching out to Yemen Jackson...the people of Yemen deserve so much credit for trying to help the Palestinians. Yemen's people have the highest respect from so many americans!
-A man who stands with the suffering is a man without fear. GOD bless you, Yemen and all those who stand against evil.

BRICS overtake the EU: Is the EU Collapsing?
As the European Union heads into 2024, it faces a multifaceted set of challenges that threaten both its economic stability and overall cohesion. Economic disparities across member states are a critical concern, manifesting in varied growth rates and leading to issues like brain drain, where talent and investments migrate from struggling economies to more prosperous ones. This situation is exacerbated by lingering effects from past financial crises, such as debt issues and the impact of Brexit, as well as by current geopolitical tensions and the challenges of coordinating monetary policy across the diverse economies of the Eurozone.
External factors also play a significant role in the EU's stability challenges. Geopolitical tensions, rising nationalism, and protectionism, particularly among global powers with divergent interests like BRICS, and the US introduce additional layers of complexity. The international landscape is further complicated by the weakening of traditional alliances and institutions, alongside emerging threats like nuclear deterrence, which undermine long-standing norms of global governance.
This video explores a range of topics related to the EU, including the economic challenges it faces, the relationship between the EU and BRICS nations, factors that affect the EU's stability, potential consequences of an EU collapse, and the EU's economic vulnerabilities, among other subjects.

First US President HATED Alliances For This Reason | Dr. Arta Moeini & Dr. Chris Mott
"(...) it is wise to remember the international coalition that arose to combat Britain in the late 18th century, of which Washington was an integral part. If we refuse to adapt to the new geopolitical realities and the dynamic security conditions they engender, we risk experiencing Britain’s fate."
In this talk, Dr. Arta Moeini and Dr. Christopher Mott explain the roots of George Washington's 'realism', why the first president opposed joining any alliances, and even fought a shadow war with his erstwhile supporters—the French—for the right of trading with the former enemy—the British. States don't have permanent friends, nor permanent enemies, they only have permanent interests. Hence, don't marry yourself to one or the other power. Do your own thing and what makes sense at the time. Washington understood this realist thought like no other.

Senior Hezbollah official: "Israel, by its own actions, will destroy itself"
On March 25, 2024, Ammar Al-Moussawi, the Director of International Relations for the political wing of Hezbollah, spoke with Dimitri Lascaris in Beirut, Lebanon. Al-Moussawi is a former member of the Lebanese Parliament. In 1988, his brother was killed in combat against Israeli forces in south Lebanon. Lascaris and Al-Moussawi had a wide-ranging discussion about Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, the occupation of Lebanese lands by Israel, the duty of Arab states to come to the defence of Palestinians, and the possibility of Jews and Arabs living peacefully together in a single state.
This is believed to be the first interview by a Canadian journalist of a senior Hezbollah official.
