Brook Jackson has worked in the clinical trials field for over twenty years. Brook is a Clinical Research Auditor and Certified Clinical Research professional. Before working for Ventavia Research Group, Brook served as the Director of Operations for a multi-state clinical trial company. Brook began her employment with Ventavia on September 8, 2020 as a Regional Director on the Phase 3 trial of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine, supervising two of Ventavia's three clinical trial sites. Warner Mendenhall is a lawyer of 25 years and the Principal of the Mendenhall Law Group, in Ohio, USA. He has a lot of experience representing whistle blowers in the past and is part of the legal team representing Brook Jackson in the current case against Pfizer, regarding fraud in the Covid-19 clinical trial. Robert Barnes is Lead Counsel, representing Brook Jackson in the current case against Pfizer, regarding fraud in the Covid-19 clinical trial. He the founder of Barnes Law. Brook Jackson filed a false claims act lawsuit on January 8, 2021. Brook is the relator and the defendants are Ventavia, Icon and Pfizer. On March 1, 2023, which was last week, there was a hearing in Texas in front of a federal judge, where Brook’s team of lawyers presented their argument for why Pfizer’s motion to dismiss should be rejected and Brooks case should advance to the discovery phase. In this interview, we are focussing on what happened in that March 1 motions hearing. - Warner explains what the Federal False Claims Act is. - Why did Brook’s case fall under the False Claims Act? - The US Government declined to back Brook Jackson when the case was unsealed in 2022, and also filed in support of Pfizer’s motion to dismiss. Why ? Robert explains 2 possible reasons for this. - What is the materiality issue? It matters. - We talk about this interchange that occurred between the Judge and the Defence Attorney and the motions hearing. “So if the FDA gets it wrong, they just get it wrong and we live with it?” Judge Truncale asked. “Exactly,” said Pfizer attorney Carlton Wessel, adding that if the government doesn’t think it’s been defrauded, that should end the case. - What does “discovery mean”? What information will Brook’s team receive as a result of discovery. Phone records, and other communications between the federal government (FDA, CDC, NIH) and Pfizer? - Who can be deposed for the trial? Anthony Fauci and principal investigators from clinical trial sites? - We discuss the fact that people are looking at shareholder suits against both Moderna and Pfizer for lies told to the shareholders regarding safety and efficacy of these vaccines. - Brook has been accused, by the Pfizer defence team, of being an anti–vaxxer and entering the company with an agenda. She was also accused of entering areas that she shouldn’t have at the trial site. Brook answers these allegations. - How long do they think before the Judge rules on this motion for dismissal by Pfizer? The judge did not make a ruling on the day of the motions hearing. - Brook tells us of her hope for this case, and the vaccine injury fund. - We discuss the upcoming March 25 -26 Covid Litigation Conference in Alabama, which has been organised with VSRF. Dr. Bryan Ardis completed his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2004. He graduated in Biology from North Lake College and Brigham Young University. From 2004 he has owned and operated his own private practices in two different states, Tennessee and Texas. He retired from clinical practise in 2018. He launched Ardis Labs with his wife Jayne in January of 2019. In this episode, we discuss the following: - We discuss the Italian paper (Brogna et al) submitted June 2020 but was withheld and not published by the journal till October 2021. The Italian study tested the faeces, blood and urine of both Covid positive and negative patients in Italy. The positive patients had venom peptides in their samples, the covid negative patients did not. See the Carlo Brogna paper below. - The Italian scientists were aware of the Chinese paper from Feb 2020 (see below) and the French study from April 2020 (see below). - There was a published article by the Department of Justice, in 2012, titled “Conotoxins: potential weapons from the sea”. (see below). In it , the statement is made that there is a lot of synthetically manufactured conotoxin around the world and it could be used as an aerosol weapon. - Dr Aridis tell us that synthetic venom peptides are manufactured worldwide, and shows us that they can be bought online. The name of the website has been censored by our channel. - The venom peptides are water soluble and are also found in drugs currently sold to the public. Some doctors have said that you can’t swallow snake venom peptide and it won’t pass the gastric juices. But one example is lisnopril, a drug used for high blood pressure by 22 million Americans. It is made up of captopril and hydrochloro thiazide. Captopril is a synthetic snake venom peptide. (see below) - Dr Ardis shows us a 2017 paper by Eleda Cleyse Gomes de Mata et al, (see below) which concludes that some vaccines are taking too long to be developed. And that development of animal peptides is an essential investment for the protecting and perpetuating humankind. - Who is Paul Reid. He is the owner of Celtic Biotech. From 1993 to 1996 he was employed by USMRIID at Fort Detrick. He was responsible for the development of neuroactive components from snake venom with expansion to large scale vaccine production. (see bio below). Dr Ardis shows us a US patent assigned to Receptopharm, crediting Paul Reid as the inventor, dated 2010, for modified venoms. - We discuss the miscarriages that are occurring after the Covid vaccinaton, and the mechanism of action by the venom peptides. What is L-amino acid oxidase, can a test for this enzyme indicate the presence of venom? There are ways to get the venom out of the body. - The blood clots created by Covid and the vaccine cannot be broken down by warfarin or heparin or your own body’s plasmin. How is this possible? Is this by design? - We discuss Ecarin and Textilinin. And how is the hydrogel used. How does this relate to the fibrous nature of the blood clots found at autopsy of the vaccinated? - Why are the toxicologists not speaking out? - We discuss how Nicotine is the antidote for the venom peptides, due to its high binding affinity to the alpha 7 nicotinic acetycholine receptor (NACHR). However care needs to be taken when using a nicotine protocol and a binding agent(s) is required. - On January 28, 2023, Dr Chetty revealed in an interview that he found , in the faeces of his long haul Covid patients, bacteria that was manufacturing venom peptides. He was able to relieve the patients symptoms by killing the e coli bacteria. (see below) - We discuss how bacteria and yeast are the best hosts for manufacturing venoms and hence Dr Ardis tells us that this could explain why diabetic patients have more serious symptoms to Covid as their bodies have a lot of yeast and e-coli bacteria. - We discuss the 2021 University of Arizona paper, where researchers found in Covid-19 patients an enzyme relate to neurotoxins found in rattlesnake venom. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Why did Dr Ardis start speaking out about the use of the Remdesivir drug in Covid19 patients in 2020? - Dr Ardis tells us about the death of his father in law in hospital in Feb 2020, and how that affected his family. He explains how that later motivated him to investigate the cases of kidney failure in Covid patients in New York in May 2020. - Dr Ardis tells us that Remdesivir was the drug recommended by the NIH during May 2020 and that was the drug being used at that time in New York. - We discuss the results of the 2019 Ebola Trial with Remdesivir and the short 3 month Gilead sponsored trial (Jan – March 2020) of Remdesivir on Covid19 patients. These were the 2 trials used in the approval of Remdesivir at that time. - Dr Ardis decided to speak out about Remdesivir as he did not want to see any Americans being lied to and harmed by this drug. - Dr Ardis tells us that the WHO published a statement in November 2020 recommending against the use of Remdesivir for Covid19. - CMS, the group who insures the elderly and the poor, still to this day , from May of 2020, are incentivizing all hospitals in America if they put all the Covid patients 60 years and over on Remdesivir, CMS will give the hospital a 20% bonus on top of the whole hospital bill, per patient. Why would they do that? - We discuss the April 2022 decision by the FDA to fully approve Remdesivir for use in children with Covid-19 from 28 days of age and upwards in both hospitalized and non hospitalized settings. - We discuss how this decision and the upcoming approval for Covid Vaccine for the 0 – 5 year olds, motivated Dr Ardis to come forward in May 2022, with his knowledge regarding snake venom research. - What is the link between Gilead and GenenTech. In 2011, Gilead brought over many execs and the plants from GenenTech. GenenTech has 7 patented drugs derived from snake venoms to treat cancer patients.
