Dr. Christopher Rake, is an anesthesiology specialist from Los Angeles, California and has over 19 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2004. Dr Rake was terminated from his position at UCLA on March 1, 2022, for refusing to receive the Covid vaccination. He has filed a class action lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California, along with 7 other lead plaintiffs. Warner Mendenhall is representing Dr Rake in the lawsuit. Warner is a lawyer of 25 years and the Principal of the Mendenhall Law Group, in Ohio, USA. Warner is also part of the legal team representing Brook Jackson in the current case against Pfizer, regarding fraud in the Covid-19 clinical trial. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Dr Rake tells us why he became a doctor. - Dr Rake tells us that he is a Christian, and he would sometimes pray over his patients at the hospital, if they agreed to it. A complaint was made about this, but not from a patient. - Before Covid showed up, staff at his hospital were fighting the flu vaccine mandate. He tells us the Flu vaccine has poor effectivity. He applied for and was granted a religious exemption for the flu vaccine. Then in August 2021, the California State mandated the Covid shots for healthcare workers and they were to be vaccinated by September 30, 2021. - He decided not to apply for a religious exemption for the Covid shot. It is a human rights issue and Dr Rake tells us that agreeing to the exemption means agreeing that they have some authority over your body. -Dr Rake spoke at a couple of rallies, one at Santa Monica on August 29. He was escorted out of the UCLA hospital on October 4, 2021, for not having had a Covid shot. There was a video made of this, which went viral. - He was put on administrative leave from Oct 4, 2021 and terminated on March 1, 2022. - Warner describes the class action lawsuit. Dr Chris Rake is the lead plaintiff, and there are 7 other lead plaintiffs, they include registered nurses, and other doctors and healthcare workers. Some are vaccine injured, some did not take the vaccine but lost their jobs, like Dr Rake, for refusing to take the Covid shot. They are representative plaintiffs. The Defendants are the Regents of the University of California. - Warner tells us that everyone in the UC system, all 220 000 employees had their rights violated by this Covid Vaccine mandate. - In the California constitution, the privacy act includes a right to bodily autonomy. So the lawsuit has been brought under state law. Interestingly, the liberal governments used to have a concern over human rights and civil rights and incorporated the Nuremberg Code into the California Statutes. And now they have turned around and violated it. - Warner met Dr Rake in Oct 2021 and the process of this lawsuit has been ongoing since then. They are up to their second amended complaint. 6 - We asked Warner if the defendants attempted to have the case dismissed. Yes, they did, but the case is past that stage now, and into the Discovery phase. The dismissal standards in California are better for the plaintiff then the federal court. - The plaintiffs allege that the University of California(UC) is running an experiment on its own people and its collecting data and we want to see that data. The UC knows how many of their 220 000 employees have been injured by the shots. It’s an expensive process to analyse the data on the computer system and analysts must be hired, so the team needs to raise money to do this. There is a treasure trove of medical information on these shots on that database. The team believes they will find fraud and corruption on that database. - We asked why is the UC concealing the truth regarding the safety and efficacy of these shots. Warner reminds us that the UC is deeply embedded with the Dept of Defence. Professors’ salaries and departments’ salaries rely on this program. The UC has a long history in the eugenics movement and a lot of that fed Nazi Germany with ideas. - At the end of the 19th century eugenics was openly discussed. The Jacobson decision (at beginning of 20th century) is part of that legacy. The Buck v Bell decision, when Carrie Buck was sterilized , was part of that movement. These cases still have standing. The Jacobson decision is still used in the courts to say vaccine mandates are legal. - The UC gets more funding from the NIH than any other entity in the US. Dr Rake also points out how much money the UC was receiving from Medicare for testing and treatment of Covid patients. - We discuss the ties that the University of California has had with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and this is mentioned in the lawsuit, particularly in the field of virology and including research of bat coronaviruses in 2005. - Dr Rake made a video about an interview he conducted with Kristina Lawson, the president of the California Medical Board. Kristina Lawson is not a medical doctor, she is a lawyer. She is also a voting member of the FSMB, the Federal State Medical Board. We discuss the role of the California Medical Board, and the fact that she went on to lobby for AB2098 shortly after this interview. This bill would designate the dissemination of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or “COVID-19,” as unprofessional conduct. The bill was passed and then later struck from the books. - Warner tells us what else is going in the Covid litigation space. 7 courts of appeals have handed out 10 appellate decisions in the last 3 months in favour of the employee, upholding rights at work to resist these Covid shots. Sheriff Richard Mack served in law enforcement for twenty years and was the sheriff of Graham County, Arizona for eight years from 1988 - 1996. During his tenure as Sheriff, he became the first sheriff in American history to sue the federal government, taking it all the way to the U S Supreme Court, and winning a landmark case against government overreach. Sheriff Mack was named NRA Law Officer of the Year, received the Cicero Award, the Samuel Adams Leadership Award, and the Elected Official of the Year by the Arizona/New Mexico Coalition of Counties. Sheriff Mack is the Founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association. This organization is dedicated to the restoration of individual liberty and the protection of Civil Rights. He has provided hundreds of training seminars to Sheriffs, Police and Public Officials in all fifty States and in several other countries across the world. In this episode, we discuss the following: - What is the job role of a Sheriff in the USA, and how they are appointed. (note, they are not appointed, they are elected). - Sheriff Mack tells us what is the difference between a police officer and a sheriff. - . A sheriff In Maryland said this; “State police and highway patrol get their orders from the Governor,” the sheriff said. “I get my orders from the citizens in this county.” But what about this counter argument, which often comes from the lawyers. “… It’s not up to a sheriff to decide what’s constitutional and what isn’t. That’s what our courts are for.” Sheriff Mack responds to the lawyers’ statement. - Sheriff Mack tells us about the 3 branches of government in the USA. Judicial, Legislative, Executive. - One of Sheriff Mack’s favourite stories regarding the constitution and sheriffs is the story of Rosa Parks. She was arrested for not giving her seat to a white man on a bus on December 1, 1955. Should the police officers have arrested her? The constitution says all men are equal. She was in fact charged with disorderly conduct, even though her conduct was impeccable. Sheriff Mack tells us that the police officers should not have arrested her, in fact they should have escorted her home safely. - We discuss the similarity between the Rosa Parks arrest and the unjust laws created during Covid, regarding lockdowns and vaccine mandates. He tells us his favourite story from Covid. A tale of two cities and a tale of two sheriffs. One sheriff arrested a pastor for conducting church during Covid, but the other sheriff refused to arrest a pastor in his county and instead protected him. Sheriff Mack asks us which sheriff do you want in your county, and reminds us of the first amendment to the Bill of Rights. “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion nor prohibit the free exercise thereof.” - Why did Sheriff Mack sue the US federal government while he was the sheriff. He did win this case in 1997. Six other sheriffs joined him in the case. It is the Mack/Printz v US case. He also explains the Brady Gun Law, which was signed by the Clinton government in 1993. This was the law that precipitated his action. - Sheriff Mack points out that in fact there were five Brady Bills lined up, so in five years the second amendment would have been completely destroyed. His case stopped the Bills. - He documented the case in a booklet, “Supreme Court Case for State Sovereignty. Mack/Printz V. USA”, which he recommends all Americans read. Hence a double security arises to the rights of the people. The different governments will control each other. The Constitution protects us from our own best intentions: It divides power among sovereigns and among branches of government precisely so that we may resist the temptation to concentrate power in one location as an expedient solution to the crisis of the day." Sheriff Mack remarks that this is relevant to what happened during Covid. It’s as Justice Scalia is speaking to us from the grave. - Sheriff Mack has a project now where he is trying to get his book into the hands of every sheriff and every police officer and chief of police in the USA. He is having a big fund raiser for that, and people can donate on his website. (see reference section below). - We discuss why he founded the CSPOA, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association in 2011. It was because he wanted to push the decision from his case nationwide and he wanted to push the responsibility for proper training for law enforcement. They are not trained in the constitution. The ultimate responsibility of the police officers is to protect the rights of the citizens. - What is The National Sheriffs Association. It doesn’t coincide much with the CSPOA. When Sheriff Mack’s case was in court, the NSA never asked the Sheriff to come and speak, but they did ask Janet Reno, the attorney general. - We have a discussion on why the second amendment is important. Reggie ended up leaving the practice of law and using her legal skills to advocate on behalf of the women of China who were undergoing forced abortions. - Reggie had been focused on Chinese human rights since the mid 1990s. When Covid hit, she was very alarmed to see Chinese style totalitarianism being exported worldwide, through the response to Covid. (See references below for the website and chart). - Reggie tells us the health pass was a pretext for Digital ID, which is going to do a whole lot more than just track whether or not someone is vaccinated. - Reggie tells us how Digital ID could be used to discover who is a person of faith. eg. if you buy a bible from Amazon, that is tracked. If you go to Church, that is tracked. They can read your social media posts and your text messages and emails. It will track donations. They will have facial recognition and geo location. She describes the FBI memo from Jan 2023 in Virginia USA, where Traditional Latin Mass Catholics were identified by the FBI as potential domestic threat actors based on their beliefs. Any faith that is not woke, will be identified. - We discuss what happened in Geneva in May 2024, during the WHO World Health Assembly. There were two instruments that were voted on: 1) The IHR amendments and 2) The Pandemic Treaty. People have declared victory with respect to the Pandemic Treaty, declaring it has been defeated. But in fact, the vote has only been delayed. There was no consensus on the text. It is not off the table. - The IHR (International Health Regulations) amendments. She has been saying for months that it is illegal for them to have voted on this, because the WHO's own rules state that the amendments must be finalised for review by the nation states, 4 months before the vote, Article 55, section B. Instead, the final text was made available, only hours before the vote. - Of the IHR amendments that were passed, Annex 1 is the most concerning. It included text requiring nations states to have surveillance and addressing misinformation / disinformation. The WHO wants to censor misinformation / disinformation, yet doesn't define those terms. Reggie believes the WHO will censor anything that is counter narrative to them. - Reggie tells us about "One Health", which is mentioned in the Pandemic Treaty. It is balancing human health, animal health plant health and the environment. The balancing is anti-human. It puts human health as important as that of a cockroach. The Lancet states that all life is equal and of equal concern. This also gives the WHO the pretext to surveil everything, not just human health. It’s a blueprint for complete totalitarianism. - In September, the UN is voting on an emergency platform for complex global shocks. See references for the UN document on this emergency platform, and the chart discussed in our interview. Reggie warns us that this emergency platform is another way of installing global governance. - Reggie tells us about the organisation she founded, Anti Globalist International. Julian Gillespie is a retired Australian barrister or retired attorney at law (for US audiences), known for his COVID-19 research and advocacy. His work includes seeking to have the provisional approval of COVID-19 vaccines declared legally invalid due to failures to meet regulatory standards. Julian is also a director of Children's Health Defence, Australia Today we will be focusing our interview on the GMO (genetically modified organism) case and judicial misconduct. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Julian explains what the Australian GMO case is about. The case is Dr Julian Fidge v Pfizer, Moderna. Dr Fidge alleges that the Pfizer and Moderna modRNA Covid-19 “vaccines” are GMO’s according to the definition in the Gene Technology Act 2000. As such, both Pfizer and Moderna are required to apply for a GMO licence with the Office of Gene Technology Regulator, before applying for a provisional licence with the TGA. They failed to apply for the necessary licences to deal with Genetically Modified Organisms in Australia. This is a serious criminal offence. (see the Quadrant article in the Reference section below). - There are almost identical definitions for GMOs in South Africa. South Africans were not made aware that these products were GMOs and lawyers there are dealing with this right now. - The GMO issue is also relevant in the UK and Europe. Julian explains how it works in the USA, which is a little different, but still the same issue. The FDA illegally gave exemptions to both Pfizer and Moderna for the environmental assessments that should have done, re NEPA, and hid the GMO status of these drugs from the American people. See reference section, below, for Julian’s Substack article on this subject, titled “FDA hid GMO status of Covid drugs”. Julian’s team works with colleagues in these countries. - Julian tells us Astrazeneca DID apply for a GMO licence with the OGTR in Australia. It was granted, and the product leaflet states it is a GMO. But punters weren’t told that. Pfizer and Moderna would have known that Astrazeneca got that licence, they have million dollar teams working on compliance. - Julian and his team approached 9 labs, both private and public, in Australia, to test Pfizer and Moderna vials for DNA and other contamination. All labs refused to do the testing. He tells us they are all dependent on government funding. Instead, he was forced to send 3 Australian vials to Canada, to Canadian scientist, David Speicher, who did test them. The results are astonishing. They are about to be published, but the preliminary results can be seen in Julian’s Substack article, see Reference section below. Dr Speicher has confirmed excessive synthetic DNA contamination in the Australian Pfizer vial was over 350 times above per dose limits set by the TGA, and over 200 times above per dose limits for Moderna. - Julian explains what the DNA limit is that is set by the TGA, 10 ng, and how it was actually set for injection of naked DNA (which our bodies can recognise and destroy). In fact, with these products, this DNA gets a free pass into the human cell because it is protected by the lipid nano particle covering. So this contamination is far worse than anything we have encountered before. - Julian tells us that scientist, Kevin McKernan and his team , have recently confirmed that this synthetic DNA , enters the nucleus and is integrated into the human genome and is also self replicating. - As part of the GMO case, Dr Fidge’s team did find out from documents supplied by Pfizer, that Pfizer did have a meeting with the head of the Office of the Gene Technology Regulator in late 2020. The current head is Dr Raj Bhula, and she was the head also in 2020. She told Pfizer “I don’t need to regulate you”. Dr Fidge’s legal team need more details about this, which they would have if the GMO case was heard. (it was dismissed). - Julian describes what would have been involved in the OGTR process if it had occurred, including an opportunity for public and private PHD’s to comment on the products in public submissions. The public would have been made aware that these products were GMO’s. - Justice Helen Rofe decided on March 1 this year, 2024, - on that day she dismissed the case. She decided that Dr Fidge had no standing. She decided the case had no prospect for success as Dr Fidge is not “any aggrieved person” for the purpose of the Gene Technology Act 2000. Julian tells us that this is ridiculous. Dr Fidge had vaccinated himself, he was forced to take the vaccine, and he vaccinated his wife, his children and thousands of neighbours in his country town of Wangaratta, as their local general practitioner. He is very much aggrieved as he was not informed that these products were GMOs. - Justice Helen Rofe has represented Pfizer at least 5 times in the past as a barrister, before becoming a judge. Also, her family is part of a pharma dynasty. She is known throughout the judiciary as someone who has represented Pfizer. She was the last person who should have been selected for this GMO case. She did not disclose her family connections or her prior Pfizer cases to the plaintiff or his legal team. She is required to do so. Judges always do disclose prior dealings to give legal teams an opportunity to make a submission to have the judge removed from the case. - Julian points out that there was a Ceremonial sitting of the Full Court To welcome the Honourable Justice Helen Rofe on 6 May 2022, and the Pfizer cases, in which she acted, were mentioned at that sitting. So, the Chief Justice certainly knew. - The law firm, PJ O’Brien and Associates sent a complaint against her honour Justice Helen Rofe on March 22, 2024, to Chief Justice Mortimer. It asks for the declaration of the decision dated March 1, 2024 to be void ab initio. An order vacating that decision and asks for costs. Also asking for a new hearing date for the Dr Fidge case with a new judge. - All commonwealth senators and MPS have now received a copy of the complaint against Justice Rofe and are on notice to fulfill their constitutional duties under section 72 (ii). Section 72(ii) of the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act. Section 72 is titled “Judges appointment, tenure and renumeration.” It states that the Justices of the High Court shall not be removed except by the Governor General in Council, on an address from both Houses of Parliament, in the same session, praying for such removal on the ground of proved misbehaviour or incapacity. - Certain Australian MP’s and senators are showing interest in this matter. - What can Australians do to help? Julian is asking that Australians go to the website that has been created by Children’s Health Defence Australia, www.section72.au Here they can generate a complaint, via email or a printed letter for their MP, based on their postcode. If the public approach their MP’s and senators in this way, there will be more politicians involved in this complaint. - Julian’s team also took this material to the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions in a criminal brief, asking him to prosecute. It firstly went to the Attorney General of Australia, Mark Dreyfus, but there was no answer. The CDPP replied that the complaint was not properly formatted for court, but didn’t say which part. - Julian tells us that “Australia is suffering a serious constitutional crisis in respect of a loss of separation of powers concerning covid judicial matters. He discusses the Australian babies case. The court has broken the separation of powers doctrine to protect the executive government (Department of Health).
