Dr. Dan Stock addresses the Mount Vernon school board and explains how viruses and vaccines work; masks and their efficacy; coronaviruses and their behavior; and proposes that the widespread confusion is because the CDC, NIH, and state boards of health - despite the fact they have the same scientific information as Dr. Stock (who has supplied it on a thumb-drive to the school board) - are choosing to ignore the scientific information and are making recommendations that are not supported by any of the scientific work or empirical data.
