Stop drinking bottled water. Bottle water is tap water that has been filtered. Some bottled water they boiled it and then filtered it. When you use them containers that have a filtration on it. What those filters do is take the minerals of the water which our body need to stay healthy. Tap water has all kind of stuff in it that really bad for us. I have posted lots of videos about water. Tap water has heavy metals, fluoride, lead, chlorine, herbicide, pesticides, microbial parasites, toxic gases and pharmaceuticals drugs. Tap water is dead water. You rather get water from a lake and boil the water and drink it then drinking from your tap. Bottle spring water that you buy from Walmart or Costco for 5 dollars isn’t real spring water. I even have bought electrified Ph 9.9 Alkaline Water for $30 a case of 12, each bottle 750ml. You can actually taste the difference. Yes it is pricey for these water at the nutrition stores. I bought them just to try it to see the difference. I’ve been drinking distilled water from Wal Mart and think twice about it.
