This was done at the time of video on my 1998 full size Dodge 1500. I had tried to start eh truck and it wouldnt start. Turns out the neutral safety switch was not working, the truck did not know whether it was in neutral or in gear. This is not the safest practice in the world, but as a former semi driver and full time technician, I always push in the clutch just before I start the engine. Im sure this video will work on other vehicles that have a two wire switch hook up.

Coming out the Birmingham subdivision, crossing the Bridge connector CP on its way through Inman yard, heading South. NS 7610 is trailed by NS 1839 with a long mixed freight.
