Build your subconscious mind. Focus on 1 or 2 pairs a day and aim to trade at the same time everyday. Your goal should be to execute on opportunities without fear. The more you can do that, you will start to enjoy trading.

t is of utmost importance that you understand market structure and how candles move during strong trends. Watch this presentation 3-4 times to truly understand the concept. It is very simple and should ONLY be used during high volume times.

This was a build done with keeping 1-3% risk in mind as the account grew. 1-2 trades a day were taken, SOMETIMES 3-4. There were unnecessary losses but kept emotions in check. Some bigger losses happened due to news. August was a tough month with upto 9 losses in a row but managed risk. This is to show that IF you keep consistency in mind, risk and emotions, you can reach the exact levels of progress as you laid them out in your trading plan.
