INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken 7-8 Pieces
- Cream ½ cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) Paste 1 TBS - Adrak (Ginger) Paste 1 TBS
- Zeera (Cumin seeds Roasted) 1½ TSP
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ TBS or to taste
- Chaat Masala 1 TBS
- Kashmiri Mirch (Kashmiri chilli powder) ½ TSP
- Garam masala Powder ½ TSP
- Sabut dhania (Roasted Fresh coriander) 1½ TSP
- Namak (Salt) 1 TSP or to taste
- Lemon Juice 2 TBS
- Cooking Oil 2 TBS

-Beef boneless ½ kg
-Hari Mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
-Lehsan (Garlic) Paste 1 TBS
-Kacha papita (papaya) 3 TBS
-Adrak (Ginger) Paste 1 TBS
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Laung (Cloves) 3-4
-Badiyan ka Phool (Star anise) 1
-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 6-7
-Sabut dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ TBS
-Jaifil (Nutmeg) & Javatari (Mace) ½ TSP
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) ½ TSP
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 TSP
-Kashkhash (Poppy seeds) 1 & ½ TBS
