Family went to Winter Camp during the coldest weekend of the year, leaving me to tend to the farm chores alone. Don't worry! I told them to go! Just wasn't expecting some of the challenges this weekend!

We had a last minute change of plans, and, during the beginning of an ice storm, had to butcher our own pigs ourselves. Thanks to AJ March for showing us how to do it! Super proud of my boys for stepping up to the plate!
