Monoclonal antibody treatments were known to be effective relatively early in the COVID-19 pandemic and some states in the U.S. moved quickly to use it as a front-line defense. However, the federal government actively pushed against the use of those treatments in favor of the vaccine. In a video published Tuesday afternoon, James O’Keefe asks, “If the CEO of one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies realized back in 2020 that antibody treatments are necessary for the immunocompromised, why would governments around the world force vaccine mandates when millions of people are at risk if they get it?” In a March 16 health advisory, the World Health Organization reasserted its stance that the AstraZeneca vaccine is safe for immunocompromised individuals. “It should be noted that the full two dose regimen of this vaccine is believed to be more protective against variants of concern than a single dose alone,” the advisory says. “Further to this, SAGE [Strategic Advisory Group of Experts on Immunization] recommends that severe and moderately immunocompromised persons should be offered an additional dose of vaccine.” At the time of this writing, AstraZeneca has yet to respond to a request for comment.

Wiener also talked about his own methods for political activism in school. “We brought in speakers who taught kids how to be anti-racist, and you know, kind of define, ‘What does it mean to be an anti-racist?’ And parents would say, ‘You’re indoctrinating my child. In the footage, Cole talks about the impact that pharmaceutical companies have on the agency including the process for approving drugs. “A long time ago, Congress approved user fees for [the] FDA. So, we’re not going to charge that.’ You don’t want to be that person. A spokesperson for FDA issued a statement yesterday saying, “The person purportedly in the video does not work on vaccine matters and does not represent the views of the FDA.” This statement appears to contradict a phone call released Wednesday afternoon by Project Veritas wherein Cole reiterated, during the conversation with Project Veritas Founder and CEO, James O’Keefe, that he is “a manager in the office that helps oversee the approval of the COVID vaccines for emergency approval.”

It is also unclear if any affected patients were ever notified. Pfizer, the CDC, and the FDA give clear instructions about diluents saying bacteriostatic water is not to be used. According to the nursing staff, no incident reports were filed. The whistleblower’s recollection of the lack of training is astonishing. “On my first day there were no instructions about mixing the vaccine. That’s who we’re looking for.” Dr. Pabis: “That’s going to definitely be a psychiatrist to sign off on it. 100 percent.” Veritas Journalist: “If we were able to get that through from a certified psychiatrist, we could bring that into the person--” Dr. Pabis: “Then the surgeon would be able to do the surgery.” Veritas Journalist: “They wouldn’t be like, ‘Oh, they’re too young?’” Dr. Pabis: “Again, the sort of psychiatrist -- I’m going to hook you up with the groups that actually do this. I’m not going to leave you hanging.” Nora Scott, who works at the Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, Texas, went even further. To date, neither New York nor Texas has laws in place that restrict the age at which children can undergo sex changes. The question then becomes how young is too young for one to go through these permanent bodily changes? Rosenberg, who covers national security matters for the Times, says on the undercover video that “there were a ton of FBI informants among the people who attacked the Capitol.” This revelation is a break from Rosenberg’s reporting on the matter where he characterized such a notion of FBI informants in the crowd as a “reimagining of Jan. 6.” This was not the only time Rosenberg’s commentary to Project Veritas’ undercover reporter directly contradicted his own published words. Despite telling a Veritas journalist that January 6 was “no big deal,” his article says that downplaying the events of that day was “the next big lie.” Soundbites of Rosenberg published Tuesday show him saying, “They [media] were making too big a deal. They were making this an organized thing that it wasn’t.” Project Veritas founder and CEO James O’Keefe revealed that Rosenberg’s article titled, “The Next Big Lies: Jan 6 was No Big Deal, or A Left-Wing Plot,” was written around the same time as he was making contradictory statements to a Project Veritas undercover reporter. According to the documents, NIAID, under the direction of Dr. Fauci, went ahead with the research in Wuhan, China and at several sites across the U.S. Dr. Fauci has repeatedly maintained, under oath, that the NIH and NAIAD have not been involved in gain of function research with the EcoHealth Alliance program. But according to the documents obtained by Project Veritas which outline why EcoHealth Alliance’s proposal was rejected, DARPA certainly classified the research as gain of function. “The proposal does not mention or assess potential risks of Gain of Function (GoF) research,” a direct quote from the DARPA rejection letter. Major Murphy’s report goes on to detail great concern over the COVID-19 gain of function program, the concealment of documents, the suppression of potential curatives, like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and the mRNA vaccines. Jeremy Boland, who serves as Cos Cob Elementary School’s Assistant Principal, was recorded bragging about how he oversees the hiring of teachers who will disseminate “progressive” political ideas in the classrooms: Boland: You’re teaching them [children] how to think. That’s it. It doesn’t matter what they think about. If they think about it in a logical progressive way, that becomes their habit. The Assistant Principal is clear about how he judges a prospective teacher who sympathizes, in a hypothetical scenario, with parents during the interview process: Veritas Journalist: Okay, so someone sides with the parent, then what? Boland: You let them explain, and then you move on to the next question. Veritas Journalist: But then eventually [what is] the outcome of that? Boland: They don’t get the job. Transgender ideology in school was also an issue discussed in the video. It has been a controversial topic, especially amongst parents, in recent years. On this matter, Boland affirms that any teacher who refuses to acknowledge a child’s gender preferences has no place in his Elementary School. “So, if you have someone [teacher] who is hardcore religious or hardcore conservative, they will probably say something detrimental to the effect, ‘Well, I don’t think kids have enough knowledge to make that decision [gender identity] at this age,’” Boland said. “You’re out. You’re done,” he concluded. Boland admitted to the Veritas journalist that he discriminates against potential hires based on their religion: Boland: I’m not a huge expert on religion, but Protestants in this area [of Connecticut] are probably the most liberal. So, because Greenwich pays very well, you get teachers from other districts who have been there for a long time, that want to come to Greenwich. But if they’re older, I’m not allowed to do that -- I can’t tell them, ‘I’m not interviewing you because you’re older.’ I just don’t interview them. So, for one position, I think we had 30 applicants. So out of all those applicants, I don’t think I interviewed anybody over the [age] of 30…Because sometimes the older you get, the more set in your ways, the more conservative you get.”

Shirley Teter Sued Project Veritas, Lost, and is Ordered to Pay Veritas' Expenses • Shirley Teter, who sued Project Veritas for defamation stemming from a 2016 investigation into political organization, Democracy Partners, has been ordered by a federal judge to pay for the non-profit journalist organization’s legal expenses. • Teter, who was represented by a cadre of experienced lawyers from around the country, claimed that she was “indigent” and therefore should not have to cover Project Veritas’ legal expenses. • But last week, U.S. District Judge Martin Reidinger ordered Teter pay for Project Veritas’ expenses calling her claim “so weak that it did not survive a motion to dismiss.” • Judge Reidinger also noted that Teter “was represented by six attorneys in this matter, all of whom were from outside of this district, and one of whom was from out of state.” That was inconsistent with the claim that Teter was “indigent and therefore cannot pay the costs of litigation herself.” [ASHVILLE, NC – Apr. 5, 2022] Shirley Teter, a woman who sued Project Veritas for defamation because of a bombshell investigation into the political action group, Democracy Partners, has been ordered by a federal judge to pay Project Veritas’ legal expenses. The order is a reversal of a previous decision by a court clerk who accepted Teter’s claim that she was “indigent” and therefore incapable of covering the legal costs Project Veritas incurred for defending itself against her defamation suit. Democracy Partners was exposed by Project Veritas Action Fund for promoting violence at Trump rallies in 2016 and has been seeking revenge through litigation ever since. U.S. District Judge, Martin Reidinger, overruled that decision saying Teter’s claim was “so weak that it did not survive a motion to dismiss.” Judge Reidinger also noted that Teter “was represented by six attorneys in this matter, all of whom were from outside of this district, and one of whom was from out of state.” That was inconsistent with the claim that Teter was “indigent and therefore cannot pay the costs of litigation herself.” The Judge also expressed bewilderment over why a baseless lawsuit was brought by several “pro bono” attorneys from around the country, one of whom was quick to protest, without being asked, “we’re not paid by the Hillary Clinton campaign or by the Democratic party or anything like that.” “Mr. Sasser only raised more questions by his unsolicited statement specifically disclaiming that the lawsuit was being funded by the Clinton campaign or the Democratic Party,” said Judge Reidinger. “Mr. Sasser’s rush to assure the Court that certain political organizations are not involved begs the question of whether some other organization was involved,” he added. • Microsoft Corporation legal documents obtained by Project Veritas show that after a U.S. District Court Judge rejected the DOJ’s argument to ignore Project Veritas’ “journalistic privileges,” the DOJ went behind the judge’s back to obtain an extension on two sealed non-disclosure orders from a magistrate judge to conceal the fact they already had unsupervised and unfettered access to privileged emails and contacts of eight Project Veritas journalists. • Judge Torres had ruled that prosecutors must operate under the supervision of a Special Master to ensure first amendment protections are upheld for Project Veritas journalists and their source material. • These documents reveal that the government not only ignored that order, but also attempted to hide the fact they had obtained emails for time periods far outside the scope of the investigation. [NEW YORK – Mar. 22, 2022] Bombshell Microsoft Corporation legal documents released by Project Veritas reveal that President Biden’s Department of Justice filed a series of secret warrants, orders, and a subpoena to surreptitiously collect privileged, and constitutionally protected, communications and contacts of eight Project Veritas journalists from Microsoft Corporation. The Department of Justice then muzzled Microsoft from disclosing these orders via a series of secrecy orders signed by magistrates. The documents further reveal the DOJ then went behind U.S. District Court Judge, Analisa Torres’, back to obtain extensions on the gag-orders on Microsoft from magistrate judges after Judge Torres ruled Project Veritas was entitled to “journalistic privileges.” Despite multiple opportunities to do so, the DOJ has not publicly disclosed the orders, warrants, or subpoenas to Judge Torres or Special Master Judge Barbara Jones – who was appointed by Judge Torres to protect Veritas’ “journalistic privileges” from potential DOJ overreach. Judge Torres ruled that the DOJ’s investigation must be overseen by Judge Jones and ordered the DOJ not to review any materials seized from Project Veritas without Judge Jones’ approval. Paul Calli, an attorney for Project Veritas, fiercely opposed the actions from the DOJ which he called an act of “violence” to the First Amendment. In a motion filed Tuesday, Calli argued, “By the time [Project Veritas] filed the Motion to Appoint a Special Master, the government already had the opportunity to review Project Veritas’ journalistic and attorney-client privileged materials.” Based on preliminary research data, the SDNY appears to be in possession of nearly 150K documents they should not have. In addition to the emails, the SDNY obtained over one thousand contacts from journalists that they also failed to disclose to Judge Torres or to the Special Master. The surveillance culminated in a search warrant seeking every email sent to or from Project Veritas founder and CEO, James O’Keefe, for a three-month period, along with every contact he had ever saved. According to an order the DOJ sought to keep secret, to justify obtaining access to journalists’ emails, the Justice Department appears to have argued “there is probable cause to believe the email account(s), maintained at premises controlled by Microsoft Corporation, USA, contain evidence, fruits, and instrumentalities of crime.” Each order, warrant and subpoena were accompanied by a Non-Disclosure Orders (NDO) which barred Microsoft from disclosing the SDNY’s surveillance for one year, claiming without evidence, that disclosure could lead to destruction of evidence by Project Veritas. Multiple NDOs were set to expire in January 2022. On December 8, 2021, however, Judge Torres, over the opposition of the SDNY, granted Project Veritas’ request to appoint a Special Master to supervise the SDNY’s review of materials seized from journalists to protect the news organization’s “journalistic privileges,” among other things. Although the SDNY began issuing nearly weekly reports to the Special Master only a few days after Judge Torres’ order, the SDNY has never submitted any report disclosing its surveillance of Project Veritas’ emails to the Special Master, let alone provided the seized emails to the Special Master. The SDNY’s final act of secrecy was seeking yet another round of renewals, prompting Microsoft to point out in a scathing unfiled motion that the government’s claims that Project Veritas might destroy evidence if the surveillance were disclosed were unsupportable. Microsoft pointed out that the DOJ’s investigation was already public and no proof that Project Veritas would destroy evidence had been offered by the SDNY. The SDNY’s spying campaign represents seemingly politically motivated investigation by President Biden’s Department of Justice into Project Veritas’ news gathering activities surrounding allegations against then-candidate, Joe Biden, made by his daughter, Ashley Biden, in her diary.

Clo focused her ideas primarily on how to affect students’ minds on the transgender topic. “You could read the Jazz story or have your Drag Queens come in and read the Jazz story, if you want to. Or you could just quietly read books. You don’t even bring attention to them,” she said. “You know, if you’re writing a math sheet -- write a math sheet and put a picture of someone on there who’s like, you know, a non-binary looking kind of person.” Another educator, Mike Smith, is also featured in this latest Veritas investigation. Smith is an American Sign Language Teacher who works at W.T. Clarke Middle School. This school is in the East Meadow School District in Long Island, the same district as Assistant Superintendent Dave Casamento. Smith was recorded talking about hormone blockers and Drag Queen shows for young students. “There’s a lot of opportunity for kids to have to go on hormone blockers, which would pause their development so that they have time to -- maybe have a few extra years to kind of think about where they want to go. Because the longer that you go through adolescence and puberty, the less you could do if that child really does identify as transgender and wants to be able to go a different avenue. Being able to do that is a great conversation,” Smith said. “If that student develops some more autonomy and wants to be able to make a big decision about whether it’s surgery or going on hormones, or whatnot, that transition is going to be a little bit more challenging than if they were able to have that validation earlier on in their life,” he said. “These kids are coming up to me like, ‘I just want to share with you that I, you know, I identify as trans. Like, I really prefer this. Please don’t tell home.’ And then, like, I didn’t realize how many kids were like this…That was the class that I was like, ‘Let’s watch some drag. Let’s talk about it. Let’s have fun.’”
