Your mindset...it can either make you or break you. When you want to achieve something in life, whether it's doing something simple as cooking a meal or starting a business The feeling of not knowing what happens next scares us into trying to think order into our lives. This self-doubt and worrying lead to chronic anxiety. We all tend to get distracted by outside noises/opinions/validation, when really and truly all the validation we need is from ourselves only. ( Inner instinct has the answer to everything). We all want to live freely, and personally, I find mediation is a step to help you live that way.
