S3 Ep. 35 – Understanding God and His Word
This episode goes into who Jesus Christ is and what it means to believe in Him and His Word.
The purpose of this podcast is to help believers become better disciples of Jesus Christ as He is described in the Bible. Let's not get hung up on what people say, but let's focus on "WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY".
Following people, churches, or religions invariably leads to disillusion about your faith when those people, churches, or religions fail you. People are sinners, nobody is perfect. Therefore, at some point, they will do something wrong or cause harm to you in some way even if just by neglecting you or your concerns.
Instead of trusting in and following certain people or churches, we should read the Bible and follow God's precepts and commandments to get closer to Jesus Christ. The beauty of the Bible and Jesus Christ is that we get to talk to Him and can read His word to find out what He wants us to know!
Listen to the end, and let me know what you think about my presentation of who our awesome God is.

S3 Ep.34 - Money pt.6 - Investing
Believe it or not, the Bible has a lot to say about investing. This episode will explain some of those verses, and give practical things you can do to begin investing for YOUR future.
This is primarily a general education thing for young people or those completely new to the idea of investing for retirement. I cover stocks, crypto, and many practical points such as budgeting, dollar cost averaging, etc.
This is not meant as financial advice for your specific situation, nor is it meant to tell you what stocks or mutual funds to buy. I give real world examples of things I have done and share some very practical advice combined with my reasons for doing so FROM THE BIBLE.
Ecclesiastes 11:2 seems to be a pretty clear warning to not put all your eggs in one basket.
God bless!

S3 Ep. 33 - Fear Not
In this episode, I share my philosophy on fear which stems from Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not".
We have every reason to be bold and courageous because we have the almighty Creator God of the Universe on our side.
Using specific Bible verses, I explain why we should not be afraid of either humans or fallen angels/demons.
Learn to live a life without fear.

S3 Ep. 32 - Money pt.5 - Generosity
This episode goes into what the Bible says about giving offerings to the Lord and being generous.
I explain the need for balance between managing your finances wisely and being willing to give freely to those in need. The Bible is full of seemingly conflicting verses like this that just take a little common sense to understand. You cannot be so logical and intent on growing your wealth that you refuse to give a dime to anyone in need and be a good Jesus follower. You also cannot give to everyone who asks you for money or you will never have enough to provide for your family as God commands.
Common sense, and the Bible, teach a balance between both. Listen today to find out more about balancing monetary wealth with spiritual wealth and what the Bible has to say about each of these things.

S3 Ep.31 - Money pt.4 - Debt
What does the Bible say about debt and how can you get out of it?
Simply put, the Bible advises against owing any man; however, debt is not a sin. I point out the Bible verses about how we ought to lend money to others (both in the O.T. and the N.T.), so clearly the Bible is NOT teaching that helping people get into debt is sinful.
There are many verses about good stewardship and increasing your wealth, being wise and planning how much money you will need to build a building, and being generous and helping other people. Much of this can be done with wise use of debt such as a mortgage, loan for a business, etc.
Just remember that we do not know the future (and therefore are future ability to repay something) and that "the borrower is servant to the lender".
Listen today and share this on your social media. There are many believers who are struggling with debt today and don't know how to start getting out of it.

S3 Ep. 30 - Separation of Church and State pt.1
We hear a lot these days about separation of church and state, especially around election time. This episode addresses the issue of Pastors endorsing candidates and why the whole idea of separation of church and state is wrong.
It is un-Biblical.
It is not found anywhere in our laws.
The only threat is from the IRS.
Should we obey God or should we obey the IRS?
If you don't know the answer to that question, then you haven't listened to any of my podcasts and I encourage you to listen to this one!
I also give my public endorsement to a candidate and give you the reason why at the end.

S3 Ep. 29 - America and President Trump
This episode is airing the day after President Trump's assassination attempt. He was saved by a mere turn of his head right before the bullet went by and clipped his ear. 2 Other innocent bystanders were murdered before the shooter was taken out.
These are a few things I think we can learn from President Trump, worthy character traits that a Christian should have.
Let's point out up front that we do not worship leaders other than Christ, I do not think that President Trump is a Christian, and we must always seek to "please God rather than men".
That being said, pull out your Bible and prepare for some hard truths. I also share my perspective as an infantryman in our military.

S3 Ep. 28 - The Trinity
The Trinity is a made up English word for the concept taught in 1 John 5:7. The word trinity is not found anywhere in the Bible.
1 John 5:7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."
The Word is described in John 1 as being Jesus Christ.
This episode breaks it down barney style (Barney Fife or Barney the purple dinosaur - either way, making it simple to understand) to explain what can be seen as very confusing for people.
This one is a very important concept that believers in Jesus Christ really need to understand as it goes a long way in explaining who Jesus Christ really is. The idea of being a Christian is quite simply being a follower of Christ, so listen to His own words and follow along in your Bible.

S3 Ep. 27 - Money pt.3 - Tithing
This episode is a continuation of the series on Money and the Bible. Today we dig into the topic of tithing and what the Bible really means by that. Basically it was a historical law that the new nation of Israel had after they escaped slavery. There were 12 tribes and 11 of them were given land and possessions by God. The 12 tribe (Levi) did not get anything.
God established the Civil and Ceremonial (religious) law of 10% which all the tribes had to give of the first part of their harvest, animals, and money that they gained each year. Basically a 10% universal tax as a way of providing for the priests of God (the tribe of Levi).
Listen to this episode today to learn how that is supposed to apply to believers in Jesus Christ of the New Testament (Covenant).

S3 Ep. 26 - The Books of Enoch pt.1
The books of Enoch are discussed in this podcast to explain why they do NOT belong in the Bible.
This episode goes into what the books of the Bible are and why there never was any question that they were from God since the time they were written.
A little bit of basic history is explained up front, and then the second half of this episode goes into the books of Enoch (which were in fact NOT written by Enoch).
I forgot to mention, that if the stories in this book are real encounters with angels (Metatron), then they certainly have to be demons because of the lies they tell and the fact that they do NOT point people to Jesus Christ.
If you want to hear some fascinating facts and also find out what lies are told in the books of Enoch, then you must listen to this episode!
p.s. I enjoy philosophy, psychology, and all things supernatural, so this was a fun episode to research.
