How to build alternating tread stairs
As the introduction will show this is less than polished and I decided to film it last minute. This is 1 of 2 staircases I built to access loft bedrooms with limited access from the main floor. This is a how to video I hope you find helpful.

1896 Victorian staircase restored
This was the original staircase to our 1896 Victorian. It is a chestnut stair with cherry treads and a chestnut balustrade. The entire staircase was collapsing, covered in lead paint and missing a couple pieces at the bottom. Here you will see us disassemble, remove, strip, reassemble and install this staircase better than new while salvaging all of the original. I don't have footage of the railing being put on but the staircase thumbnail shows it complete.

Hand made mortise and tenon door
This is an oak entry door made for my old home before I sold it. Both doors are solid red oak with traditional joinery and jambs to match the original doors the home would have had.

Triple bunk bed all joinery no glue or fasteners
This is a triple bunk bed I built for my daughters for their small bedroom in our prior house. This video is a little long but I'm lacking the original footage I need to re-edit it. I designed this bed and built it using traditional joinery methods. There was no glue or fasteners used in its construction.

laminated French pin
This is a Christmas gift I made for my wife a few years back. I laminated and turned this piece. It is a fairly simple project but it was one of the most well received gifts I've ever made her. Hint to all you fellow skilled husbands out there hehe.

Dewalt DW735 shellix spiral head upgrade review
This is an older video of mine so forgive its lack of polish. This is a review of how the DW735 planer operates with the Shellix spiral head upgrade. I try to cover some of the nuances you don't know until you own and use one for a while.

Christmas stocking post
I built this cedar stocking posts for my wife as we didn't have a chimney for stockings. A quick easy to make project that brought a smile to her face.

Make an ugly block chimney beautiful
This chimney was partially buried in the kitchen wall originally but exposed on both sides of the wall. It was finished in a stucco type finish that was ugly and disintegrating. As part of the kitchen renovations we wanted to tie the chimney into the look and this was our solution. Let us know what you think!

Cedar timber porch railing / posts
This is a solid hewn cedar railing system we installed for a client. We built this home (find the tour of it in my feed) but the customer built the deck. We came in later to add the railing system. Thanks for watching!
