Resident Biden's approval rating is lower than Nixon's the day he left office in disgrace.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Only 8% in a recent survey think the Ukraine war should be Biden’s #1 priority, while 38% said fighting inflation should be #1.
Spending $5 billion a month on a foreign war raises inflation even more.
Making it even worse, Biden stated that the US will be involved in Ukraine "as long as it takes."
35% of small business owners couldn't pay their rent in full last month. Most blame the record-breaking inflation. You know, the inflation that the Whitehouse called transitory.
Food costs are up over 10%. Energy costs have jumped 35%. Housing costs are surging with no end in sight.
Hey Joe, can you at least pretend to worry about our problems, here at home?

The US war on drugs is clearly a failure.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
The US "war on drugs" was declared by Nixon in 1971. In 1971 the US had 3.3 deaths per 100,000 people. Last year over 100,000 people overdosed in the United States, or 28 per 100,000. This year is expected to be worse.
Drug overdose is now the leading cause of death for Americans between 18 and 45 years old.
I think it is safe to say our federal government has failed us again. In fact, the government is giving aid and comfort to the enemy by relaxing laws, handing out Crack pipes, and open borders.
Maybe the $5 billion per month our government is spending on the Ukrainian war would be better spent keeping our own young people alive here at home.

The US has the deadliest border in the world.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
A record 728 illegal aliens died along the US-Mexico border last year, well 728 that we know of. That makes the US southern border the deadliest border in the world. Think about that for a moment.
More people died along our southern border than along the North Korean border, where crossing illegally gets you shot on sight.
Having lax border control has also made fentanyl poisoning the number one killer of young people in the United States.
Human traffickers and cartels are getting rich while illegal aliens and US Citizens alike are getting killed.
Sending more money that we don't have to the triangle countries obviously is not working.
So, please tell me again how an open border is the humane thing to do.

We live in a banana Republic
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Kenneth Harrelson is a disabled American Veteran who has been in a DC jail for 476 days without a trial.
The Speedy Trial Act of 1974 states that an indictment must happen within 30 days, and a trial must commence within 70 days of the indictment.
I say again, Kenneth Harrelson is a disabled American Veteran who has been in a DC jail for 476 days without a trial.
If that isn't bad enough, his wife just received notice that the VA is canceling Kenneth's benefits, both his compensation and his medical, at the urging of the Biden Department of Justice.
Law requires he lose his benefits IF CONVICTED of subversive activity.
Harrelson fought for American justice but is being denied his Liberty by the Justice Department.
Stand up, or you might be next.

Your bed is killing you!
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Did you know more people die in bed than anywhere else?
More people die in bed than from car accidents, covid, or mass shootings, but still, we have entire rooms in our homes just for beds. Beds have been killing people for centuries.
Mattresses are freely bought and sold every day and without background checks, limits, or waiting periods.
It is time for common sense bed control to end the killing.
Hospitals and hotels sometimes have hundreds of beds. Nobody needs more than maybe six beds, max.
Mattress dealers should be licensed and be required to keep all sales records forever, so we know who is buying all the beds.
Oh, and don't get me started on those "Amish-built wood frames" …we have all heard that dog whistle before.

Mayonnaise causes shooting death in Georgia.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
A man shot two employees at Subway after complaining that there was too much Mayonnaise on his sandwich.
One of the employees is dead, and the other is in critical condition. A 36-year-old man has been arrested.
I hate mayonnaise, but a sandwich should never incite violence.
What we have in this country is not a gun problem. It is clearly a mental health problem. Senseless violence with and without firearms is becoming commonplace.
Pushing people off subway platforms. Random attacks on the streets. Fights on airplanes. Violent crime rates are skyrocketing, especially in cities. This is not a gun problem or a partisan problem. This is a community and basic humanity problem.
Predictably, vile speech has turned to vile behavior. Basic respect and Human decency are fading fast.

Roe v.Wade is gone, and I believe it was the progressives' fault.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
I believe abortion is murder, but I didn't say much about it until New York and Virginia started to allow abortion up till the moment of birth.
It was those laws that got me involved in politics. Those two states inspired me to write my first book.
If abortion had stayed safe, legal, and RARE, many people would have just gone along to get along. If abortion had stayed restricted to the first trimester, before viability, I would have remained silent.
The fact is, less than 8% of abortions are performed because of rape, fetal health, or maternal health. Over 92% are done because the woman doesn't want a child for whatever reason.
The progressive push for ever-expanding abortion access woke people like me up.

Biden wants to save you 18 cents on gas for three months.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
So let's get this straight again. The week Biden was elected, regular gas was $2.11 a gallon.
The week Russia invaded Ukraine, gas was already up $1.33 to $3.44 a gallon.
Now gas is over $5 a gallon, and Biden asked Congress to suspend the 18 cents a gallon gas tax for three months.
This request comes after Biden has already released over half of the Strategic Petroleum Reserves, with little, if any, effect on gas prices.
The request also comes after the campaign promise to end fossil fuels, actually canceling pipelines, and describing our pain-at-the-pump as an opportunity.
Resident Biden, stop being two-faced and admit that you don't care about We The People; you just want to leave a green energy legacy.

Let's talk electric vehicles for a minute.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Sure, electric vehicles produce fewer emissions than an internal combustion vehicle, but what about making the different cars?
Building a conventional gas car generates about six tons of CO2.
Producing an electric car with a range comparable to a gas engine, about 400 miles, generates over twenty-five tons of CO2.
So, you have to drive the electric vehicle about 180,000 miles before the electric vehicle actually cuts emissions.
What is the average life expectancy of a vehicle, you ask? Well, it is about 180,000 miles.
So, if you really want to save the planet, consider a hybrid. Its initial carbon footprint and operating emissions are between electric and gas cars.
Remember this the next time some politician tries to call an electric vehicle a zero-emissions car.

Infants can now get the covid jab
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Keep in mind that all covid shots available in the United States are still under Emergency Use Authorization, which means by definition are still experimental. As such, they are subject to the Nuremberg Code which states, quoting front rule one:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; end quote
Free power of choice without coercion like executive orders and mandates? So pharma, media, Fauci, Biden, governors and many more have clearly committed international crimes against humanity.

I have an idea to fix almost all the problems of the federal government.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Okay, its not my idea. It's a bill sitting in the House that will probably never get a vote.
H.R.46 - One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act
If every bill in the House could only deal with one subject then Congress couldn't add unrelated amendments. Pork and earmarks would become nearly impossible.
Every bill would have to stand on its own merits. No more bad laws tacked on to spending bills.
Corruption would become more difficult. Waste would become more obvious.
We would get the Transparency from Congress that we deserve.
H.R.46 - One Bill, One Subject Transparency Act would be the greatest legislative win for We The People since the US Constitution.

Our southern border has never been more open.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Last month Customs and Border Patrol agents reported 239,416 encounters with illegal aliens. That is the most ever reported in a single month.
That is also a 2% increase over April. What is more telling, 25% of the people caught had been previously arrested and deported.
The number of unaccompanied minors is up 20%.
Crossing an international border without going through an official port of entry is a crime. That is why it is called ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.
To all of the progressives who think, "no human is illegal" try that crap in some other country. Walk across the southern border and see how the Mexican government treats you. I promise they won't be handing you a piece of paper and giving you a court date.

Dr. Anthony Fauci has Covid-19.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Doctor Fauci tested positive and will follow all of his own recommendations, I'm sure.
After two "vaccine" shots and two booster shots, and often wearing two masks he still got the Wuhan Flu. I thought it was a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
In about a week, Dr. Fauci will praise the jabs for keeping him out of the hospital. He will claim that he only survived because of the jabs. Conveniently, two claims that cannot be proven.
He will get his time in the spotlight again, which I am convinced is all he really wants, well that and all the money he has made from big pharma.

Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser flew 51-star American flags along Pennsylvania Avenue for Flag Day yesterday.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
The mayor said she directed her team to hang the 51-star flags “as a reminder to Congress and the nation that the 700,000 tax-paying American citizens living in Washington, D.C. demand to be recognized."
Washington DC is the district that acts as the seat of government identified in Article 1 Section 8 Clause 17 of the US Constitution. As such, DC statehood is clearly unconstitutional. Therefore, any politician who talks about DC statehood is either pandering or hasn't read the constitution.
Now, if Congress were to waive federal income tax for residents of DC, that would remove the taxation without representation argument. After all, the Fed can just print more money when they need it, right?

Today is Flag Day.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
The Stars and Stripes of the American Flag is among the most recognized symbols in the world.
Old Glory protectively flies over US Embassies and American ships all over the planet, and she flies in conquest on the moon. Love of country compels merchants to fly her on main streets nationwide.
To much of the world, the American Flag symbolizes freedom, liberation, and independence.
To gold star families, the Flag is a teary-eyed reminder of their loss.
Men from all class levels and walks of life have died wearing the flag on their shoulders so that we and our children can live in peace and security.
So, if she is a banner of the finest silk or tattered from long service, long may she wave.

Congress is out of control.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Members of the Jan. 6 committee believe they’ve uncovered enough evidence to indict former President Donald Trump, according to the Associated Press.
The Department of Justice completed its investigation into Trump's alleged involvement in the storming of the Capitol a long time ago and did not bring charges against the former President.
That wasn't good enough for Congress. They launched their own, clearly partisan, investigation and now think they can indict Donald Trump.
The Constitution does not grant Congress investigative or law enforcement authority. The purpose of Congress is to pass laws that the executive branch is supposed to enforce.
After two failed impeachment attempts, Congress is just going to take over the job of law enforcement. Well, if that is the case, enforce immigration law while you're at it.

I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
One of the gun control ideas being contemplated in DC is restricting semiautomatic firearm sales to those 21 and over.
You can vote, own property, sign contracts, be charged and tried as an adult, get married, and be sent away to die in uniform at 18.
You can't drink, vape, or smoke tobacco until 21, and the most popular firearms could be off limits if Congress gets its way.
I think we need to set one age of majority. You should either be an adult with all of the rights of citizenship or you're not.
Right now, from the age of 18 to 21 in the United States, you are a second-class citizen with most but not all of the rights of citizenship. If you can own a home, you should be able to protect it.

Biden plans to invoke the Defense Production Act. For what, the war in Ukraine? Gasoline? Baby Formula? Nope, climate change.
That's right; Resident Biden is using wartime emergency power so he can grant and loan money to solar manufacturing and other green energy technologies.
I have nothing against solar power or any other green energy, but this is not how the United States Federal Government is supposed to work.
Executive orders, emergency powers, and now the defense production act all to push an agenda. Have any of the people in DC ever read the US Constitution? Only Congress can pass laws, and all spending is supposed to originate in the House.
I am tired of the government constantly trying to find ways around the Constitution that they all swore an oath to uphold.

Gas prices have officially doubled since Biden took office.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
On January 19th, 2022, the United States was energy independent. We were a net exporter of energy products. The national average for a gallon of regular gas was $2.39.
Resident Biden is sworn in and immediately cancels the Keystone XL pipeline, stops federal land leases, adds new hoops to jump through, and starts to slow walk permits. Gas prices begin to climb within days.
On Friday, AAA reported the national average price for a gallon of regular gas was $4.819. That is a new record high and officially more than double the price on inauguration day.
"Putin's war" is a convenient excuse, but the facts prove that prices were already soaring before Russian troops started to mass on the Ukrainian border.

Biden continues to push for more gun laws.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Last night, Resident Biden addressed the nation to push Congress for more gun control laws. He said, "For God's sake, how much more carnage are we willing to accept?"
He also said, "do something."
I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I agree with Biden. We should do something.
We should prosecute criminals and keep them in jail for their entire sentence.
We should have armed police or security at all schools.
We should enforce the gun laws already on the books. For example, prosecute people who lie on the FBI background check form.
We should do everything we can to get more good guys with guns out visible in public.
We should fund our law enforcement and teach children to respect them again.

Biden claimed ignorance.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Yesterday, referring to the baby formula shortage, Resident Biden said, “I don’t think anyone anticipated the impact of the shutdown of one facility, the Abbott facility,”
Seriously? You shut down the facility responsible for 40% of domestic baby formula manufacturing and didn't anticipate a 40% shortage. You don't have to be Nostradamus to predict that outcome. It is basic math.
Maybe there was a legitimate reason for the shutdown, but you left the facility closed for months with no plan on how to reopen it.
To make matters even worse, you shut down the plant during a supply chain crisis, so supplementing supply with imports was nearly impossible.
Resident Biden, between this fiasco and your support of abortion on demand, it is starting to look like you just like killing babies.

The Biden administration created yet another new office.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
Doctor Richard/Rachel Levine announced the creation of the Office of Environmental Justice within the Department of Health and Human Services.
The new office will fall under the authority of HHS’s Office of Climate Change and Health Equity, which was also established by the Biden administration.
So the new office falls within another new office.
At this point, it looks like Biden is just creating new offices for the sake of creating new offices.
The Biden administration is all concerned about environmental equity, while We The People are dealing with insane inflation and the pending collapse of the dollar.
Biden’s answer to everything is to spend more money on woke progressive issues and ignore real problems. When that doesn't work, blame the other side.

Gun control laws do not stop shootings.
I'm Peter Serefine with today's Liberty Minute.
There were 11 mass shootings over Memorial Day weekend this year. At least seven were killed and 49 injured by these mass shooters.
A total of 38 people were shot this weekend in Chicago.
Seven people were also shot in New York City.
Those two cities have some of the strictest gun laws in our country, yet they consistently have shootings atop their news headlines.
Yes, shootings also happen in places like Texas with fewer gun restrictions, but that is exactly my point. Tough gun laws have no effect on criminals, just like drug laws have not stopped overdose deaths.
If shootings are going to happen with or without gun restrictions, I'd rather have the option to protect myself from criminals by carrying my own firearm.
