Brain Gym Description: What a fun evening it was with Heather Gibbons, a licensed Brain Gym® Instructor/Consultant of 30+ years experience. After learning Brain Gym in the early 1990s she used it daily in her primary classroom. These life skills enhance your life allowing you to relax and be your best, assisting you to achieve academic tasks, be more organised, focussed and motivated. You will experience a simple movement process so you understand how to check your 3 dimensions of movements: communication/thinking, organisation /emotional stability, focus/comprehension.
