German Red Cabbage with Roasted Pork - A True Comfort Meal on your Table in 45 Minutes!
My family loves fall because that generally signals the transition from a lot of grilling/BBQ/Smoking to hearty comfort meals. We don't have a lot of sweater-weather days in our new home city of Las Vegas but in Seattle, they were pretty much all that way and my kids loved coming home from whatever sports or other activities they were involved with to a meal that was like a warm hug and would stick to their ribs. There is no German equivalent to the Olive Garden but if you've tried German food, it's pretty much all comfort food and you can customize German style dishes however you want when you're cooking in with your family!

If Everyone Knew How Easy it Actually is to Smoke a Brisket, They'd Eat it All the Time
I don't know many people who don't love brisket. It's not very expensive to buy at the store but it's very expensive to buy from a BBQ joint. There are easy ways to make it in an oven but the absolute easiest way is if you have a pellet smoker. If you love BBQ and aren't at least planning to get a smoker at some point, what are you even doing?! Additionally, you can customize all of the smoked meats you love to your personal taste. For the most part, I rarely even buy BBQ from restaurants anymore because i like the way I make it and I don't like dropping a huge wad of cash on someone else's idea of good smoked meat.
In this video, learn some basics and get on the path to turning out your own perfect product!
