#MortonMoment: Hint, Hint....
Let's take a moment to talk about something that can give you hints if you are paying attention. After finishing my morning workout and taking a walk onto my deck, I saw something that I've been meaning to get on video. While it may not contain a Morton or any steel roof of a competitor, the lesson is the same: Energy Efficiency! It MATTERS how your structure is constructed and insulated to enjoy the benefits of energy efficiency. #MortonMoment

LSM Racing Spring Machine SM-600: Unboxing Review
In this video, I perform an unboxing review of the LSM Racing Spring Machine SM-600. It's well worth its retail price and I show you why. I explain the story behind the purchase and why I highly recommend this setup for most "hobby" racers and builders. Yet this setup is good enough for a serious machine shop as well.

Ford 302 060: Junkyard Dawg Part 5: Piston Ring Filing
In this video, I am explaining my piston ring filing and measuring procedures. I have a Proform 120v electric filer that I got from Summit racing equipment and it worked perfectly fine for the task at hand. I admit the video is a tad crude but I do explain the best I can and try to demonstrate as much as possible

Ford 302 060 Junkyard Dawg: Part 4: DIY Rod/Pin/Piston Assembly
In this video, I'll describe everything that I tried to get the pins fit to the rods without "bluing" the upper rod ends. I found it impossible to avoid. I made several attempts and finally found a way that works consistently. I explain the rod numbering for the small block Ford and how to assemble them for proper positioning. Finally, I demonstrate actually preparing, heating and assembling a rod/pin/piston combo

Ford 302 060: Junkyard Dawg Part 3: ARP wave-loc rod bolts
In this episode, I'll explain and demonstrate removing the factory rod bolts and installing the new ARP wave-loc fasteners in my rods with nothing more than a hammer and a press. Everything you see in this video is likely wrong in the "proper" way to install and run with new rod bolts; but you'll find out cause I will document this from start to finish!

Ford 302 .060: Junkyard Dawg; Part 1
Welcome back to the Ob1n channel. This video kicks off my start to the rebuild of my "Junkyard Dawg" engine. I'm trying to go cheap but yet use whatever is available in getting this engine back together for moving my car around. The engine is a C8OE 1968 casting and was found to have 1M 289 crank with .060 pistons in it. Originally, I was going to use a 1969 302 that a buddy and pulled out of his running 67 F100 but that turned out to be very, very worn out. Follow along as I get this thing cleaned up and assembled using the bare minimum of stuff lying around or things that I had to buy to achieve my goals

1980 Foxbody Mustang: Moon Cobra 1st video
Hey all. Unfortunately, I didn't think to start video on a new project we just acquired until now.... which we've already stripped, blasted and now coated with Eastwood Platinum. Let me introduce you to our 1980 Foxbody Mustang project. The car was a "Moon Cobra" according to the tag at the radiator support. It was a 2.3 turbo, 4spd car. We got it and the turbo was already removed but the powertrain was turning over and made compression. It had mice living in the bell housing for a very long time due to the amount of feces we found. Our subject is going to be restored and swapped for a carburetor 351W. Like and subscribe to follow along as we continue to show you how it's done!
