I get asked all the time about how best to use our Game Changer Brine & Injection when preparing a turkey for the Holidays (or any other time, for that matter...). So, here is my personal Thanksgiving Turkey Injection Recipe in under two minutes!
This recipe makes 32 ounces of finished injection, which is enough to inject between 42 and 64 pounds of turkey. You can half the recipe by only using 16 oz of unsalted chicken stock, 1/4 cup brine mix, and half the herbs.

Oakridge BBQ Short Ribs & Sausage
Just a quick video from my last smoke session on the Ole Hickory Pits CTO. Cooked some beef short rib chunks rubbed with Oakridge BBQ Black Ops and some store bought jalapeno cheddar sausage. The short ribs were awesome, but the sausage turned out a little dry and dense.
