This video was stifled on my YT account, so I brought it here. This is a copy of another video, and appears to portray a french speaking migrant explaining to the camera and calling to someone that they are celebrating taking "France, in less time than it took the Germans". This is fair use, and only to create a dialogue we all need to have, and for educational purposes only. If this is offensive to anyone group, I apologize in advance as this is not my intention at all. I cannot authenticate the video in any way, I am merely sharing it as it was presented elsewhere. Taking it at face value, and not confirming the context with which the rest of the video might show elsewhere as I have not seen it in it's entirety due to it's edited short clip..
