An Ode to the Unvaccinated by Brad Wylder
"A message to the unvaccinated who withstood the greatest pressure ever seen from partners, parents, children and colleagues and even doctors.
People who are capable of such personality, courage and critical ability, are undoubtedly the best part of humanity.
You passed an unimaginable test that many of the toughest marines, commandos, green berets, astronauts, and even geniuses could not withstand. You are made of the stuff of the greatest who ever lived..." Brad Wylder, Wake Up Canada News

Tu n'as plus à former des vœux (Hymn to Liberty)
Composed by Giachino Rossini (1792–1868), the greatest Italian composer of his time.
The opera depicts the story of Switzerland's legendary founding fathers and a courageous 13th century folk hero, Wilhelm Tell, who symbolized the struggle for political and individual freedom. According to legend, Tell was forced to shoot an apple from his son's head after refusing to pay homage to a Hapsburg liege. His courage and famed marksmanship launched an uprising that brought the Swiss independence from the Hapsburg dynasty.
This recording is part of a music article performed by the Orchestra and Chorus of Rome's Academia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. It was conducted by the world's leading opera conductor Sir Antonio Pappano, who is also the Music Director of the Royal Opera House. It features Canadian baritone Gerald Finley, American tenor John Osborn and sopranos Malin Byström and Marie-Nicole Lemieux.

Love Has No Color
LYRICS: People listen, there is something that you need to know
Too long we’ve been fighting, racial wars that started long ago
Dear Lord for us to grow we must let go of what’s been keeping us apart
Now’s the time to put the past behind, to gather all mankind, make a brand-new start
Love has no color, you’re my brother
Love shows no evil, to no people
We know there’s a difference in the colors of our skin
So be proud of your heritage
And learn from the lessons they give
Dear Lord for us to grow we must let go of what’s been keeping us apart
Now’s the time to put the past behind, gather all mankind, make a brand-new start
Love has no color, you’re my brother
Love shows no evil, to no people
If we could learn to love with our hearts and not our eyes
Love for all brothers, all kinds and all colors
What a world it would be
Love has no color, you’re my brother
Love shows no evil, to no people
His Holy Spirit makes us kindred
Love has no color, you’re my brother
Love shows no evil, to no people
So let’s talk about love

Acquitted. TWICE!
05 February 2020: President Donald J Trump was acquitted of two impeachment counts brought by the Democrat-controlled House: (1) an alleged quid pro quo with the Ukrainian government to investigate now-President Joe Biden and (2) obstructing Congress in its efforts to investigate the alleged abuse. Special Counsel Robert Muellerfound no proof that President Trump colluded with Russia and also did not find himguiltyof obstruction of justice.
13 February 2021: Donald J Trump was acquitted of an impeachment charge of “incitement of insurrection” in relation to the January 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol. The U.S. Senate determined that former president Trump was not guilty of impeachment charges brought by the Democrat-controlled House.
The second impeachment marked the only time a president had been through this process twice and exonerated twice. A conviction would have meant Donald J Trump could not run for presidency again. His acquittal leaves the door open for a potential run in 2024.
In a statement shortly after the vote, former president Trump said, "It is a sad commentary on our times that one political party in America is given a free pass to denigrate the rule of law, defame law enforcement, cheer mobs, excuse rioters, and transform justice into a tool of political vengeance, and persecute, blacklist, cancel and suppress all people and viewpoints with whom or which they disagree. I always have, and always will, be a champion for the unwavering rule of law, the heroes of law enforcement, and the right of Americans to peacefully and honorably debate the issues of the day without malice and without hate."

In quelle trine morbide
Lyrics
In quelle trine morbide,
nell’alcova dorata
v’è un silenzio, un gelido mortal –
v’è un silenzio,
un freddo che m’agghiaccia!
Ed io che m’ero avvezza
a una carezza voluttuosa
di labbra ardenti e d’infuocate braccia
or ho tutt’altra cosa!
O mia dimora umile,
tu mi ritorni innanzi –
gaia, isolata, bianca,
come un sogno gentil e di pace e d’amor!
---
Translation
In those soft lace hangings,
in that gilt alcove
there is a silence, a mortal chill –
there is a silence,
a coldness that turns me to ice!
And I who was accustomed
to a voluptuous caress
of ardent lips and passionate arms
now have something quite different.
Oh, my humble dwelling,
you again appear before me –
cheerful, secluded, white-walled,
like a sweet dream of peace and love!
Maria Callas (December 2, 1923 - September 16, 1977).
American-born Greek soprano.
