A bit of my story from my younger running days, how it was nearly taken away and how I overcame.

My sons and I love to River Rat. Cliff diving, swinging, swimming and just taking it in on a relaxing day. You might notice my fear of heights.

My son Mathis is a Rocket Man! He had the longest air time for compressed air and saved the egg with engine rocketry!

Composting and building good soil and collect that rain water!

In this video, my son, who I am extremely proud of, is teaching me drill for Civil Air Patrol training. He is a Cadet Staff Sargent and I am a Senior Member of Civil Air Patrol, Search and Rescue Axillary of the United States Air Force.

What is wrong with this picture, the soil the life? Take a look at the land around you and wonder, is that really living soil? Do I want my food, or do I want my food (animals) to be getting their nutrition from manufactured crops in dead soil?
