I usually only change one string at a time on my 12 string. I always just wait until one breaks and then change it. Here's my own little version of a song that I've always loved.

I found this recording of my band from the late 1990s. It was on a cassette tape and I was able to digitize it. The name of my band was Fatal Blue. This is a song I wrote called Piece Of Me. It’s basically about that look in the crowds eyes when they’re really getting into what you’re laying down. And you start feeding of of their energy and it makes you really get into your zone and you start throwing down and the crowd feeds of your energy. It just keeps going back and forth and building and intensifying. And it builds into this incredible dance where the crowd is your partner! Its the best feeling in the world!!!

It's me gettin' the AC⚡️DC out of my system 🤘🏼 I Like doing that sometimes because I Effing L❤️VE playing Malcom Young doo doo! I live stream a lot only on Rumble. Facebook and YouTube shut me down all the time for playing along with copyrighted music 🤷🏻‍♂️ What else do you do when you don’t have a band 🤷🏻‍♂️ When I stream it's usually to my Spotify Practice Playlist that I try to practice along with everyday. I just put it on shuffle play and play till I ain’t feeling it. Songs come and go from this list depending on what I have going on. There’s usually several hours of music on it. I just go till I’m done. Sometimes I’m feeling it. Sometimes not so much 🤘🏼 It’s a pretty eclectic set of songs. Most beautiful motorcycle I ever had 🤩

In February I wanted to get a little more “professional” with the whole playing all these songs on all these different instruments online and make a little streaming show out if it. But I know it would be way more gooder and way more “audience retentive” if I had a drummer here with me. So I started looking for a drummer. I had 6 come try out. A couple were real good, a couple were good enough and a couple were awful. But the one consistent thing through it all was that during these tryouts I kept going straight for the thrash beats and wanting to see what they could do. Then during the last tryout I had I had an epiphany or a reality check or whatever. “Being a 🤘🏼 Bad Ass Heavy Metal Bass Player 🤘🏼 is THE ONLY ‘dream’ I’ve ever had. The rest of the world’s crap can kiss my ass” So, being the total 🤘🏼 Hedonist 🤘🏼that I am I figured I owe it to myself to pursue my dreams until I’m on the wrong side of the dirt. So I decided to totally change gears. But last time I played this style I used a pick. I really want to do it now sans the pick. I figured if I made sure to completely obsess over it in a really unhealthy manner it would probably take me about 4-6 weeks to be up to speed again. Well it’s been almost 4 weeks now. Tomorrow is 4 weeks and I’m by no means 💯 yet but last night’s Live Feed shows me that I’m right on schedule. Real close.
