Florida Shrimp N Rice Recipe
Florida Shrimp N Rice featuring Shareholder David Fitzsimmons
Ingredients:
-1qt cut fresh green beans
-2 cans coconut milk
-1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- fresh chopped cilantro
- 1-2lbsFresh jumbo shrimp head off shell on
- White rice (jasmine)
- 1 orange (for garnish)
Directions:
-Open 2 cans of coconut milk and pour into medium to large sauce pan or wok
-start your stove on medium heat
-add your cut fresh green beans, salt, and garlic stirring occasionally and keep covered
-cook until green beans are almost perfectly cooked(don’t overcook)
-lower the temp to low
-start your white rice of choice or for a KETO option start your cauliflower rice
-stir in your SHMP and cilantro and cover for 20 minutes stirring occasionally (this will allow the shrimp absorb the coconut milk and cook slowly)
**Rice tip: measure water with finger tip using a rice cooker
-scoop rice onto center of plate and top with desired amount of green beans, SHMP , and sauce.
-garnish with orange zest and a few fresh orange slices
Servings: 10 (good for friends and family dinners)

Craveable Shrimp Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb NaturalShrimp
8 oz crab leg meat
1 muffin pan
1 stick butter
1 box of red lobster biscuit mix
1 pan spray
Directions:
1. Remove heads and shell of NaturalShrimp, Dice up as small as you can the NaturalShrimp
2. Dice up as small as you can the crab leg meat
3. Preheat your oven at 425 degrees, open your box of biscuit mixture and add into a bowl with shrimp and crab leg meat and water as in box recipe, spray your pan with pan spray and scoop in your mixture pop in oven till golden brown.
4. While your biscuits are baking melt your butter in a pan and add seasoning from box let it brown lightly, once the biscuits come out of the oven poor your butter sauce over the biscuits, yes all of it!
Makes you wonder why Red Lobster never thought of this, you can add lobster as well!!

Pork & NaturalShrimp Dumplings Recipe
About This Recipe:
NaturalShrimp and pork potstickers/ dumplings recipe created by Douwe Iedema, Executive Corporate Chef NaturalShrimp. Recipe is for 6-8 people.
Ingredients:
1 lb NaturalShrimp
0.50 lb ground pork
1 large shallots
1 pack small wonton wraps
4 cloves fresh garlic
1 Bunch scallions
1 Gallon Ziplock bag
1 Half stick of butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons of water to make an egg wash
1 pot for boiling water and blanching dumplings
1 sauté pan
Dipping Sauce
Sweet chili and or soy sauce (I prefer sweet soy sauce with some extra sambal)
Directions:
1. Peel shrimp and separate meat from shells give shrimp a chop as fine as you can get it then take half and put in the Ziplock bag and smash it up.
2. Small dice shallots as small as you can get it
3. Slice up the scallions and set half aside for garnish the other half slice it up fine just like shallots
4. Dice or press out your garlic cloves
5. Make sure you pot is filled with water and is just under boiling point
6. Mix your shrimp and pork together if pork is not ground fine enough run a knife through it
7. Add shallots, garlic and fine sliced scallions mix all well with protein, season with salt
8. Layout 6 of the wrappers at a time use a teaspoon to fill with your mixture then use your finger to egg wash the edges fold into a triangle press the edges down and repeat till all mixture is gone, at this time make sure your water is boiling.
9. Place dumplings in boiling water they will start to float once done take out and put on sheet pan and repeat if needed, remove your pan of water and set your sauté pan on medium heat.
10. Add butter to your pan do not brown , once butter is hot add your dumplings that will now become potstickers brown on one side then flip and brown other, I like mine not to crispy but that’s a matter of taste. And repeat till all or done or you can save for alter time or even freeze.
Serving tip: use a large plate put your dipping sauce in a small bowl and center on the plate dress potstickers around the sauce and and the remainder of your scallions on top.

NaturalShrimp Ceviche
About This Recipe:
Summer Fresh NaturalShrimp Ceviche recipe created by Douwe Iedema, Corporate Executive Chef NaturalShrimp. Recipe is for 12 people. Pair this with a crisp white wine or tequila.
Ingredients:
1.50 lbs peeled NaturalShrimp
1 medium size Jalapeno
1 Large Red onion
4 limes
1 cup key Lime juice (juice can be store bought)
1 cucumber 0.50 lb diced Mango (cut mango can be store bought)
0.50 lb Diced butter nut squash (Can also be bought in store)
0.50 cup chopped cilantro
1 Gallon zip lock bag
1 large mixing Bowl
Directions:
1. Give the shrimp a rough chop, try and get 3 pieces out of 1 shrimp
2. Boil (blanch) the butter nut squash till it still has a bite for about 3+ minutes then cool with ice water.
3. Slice Jalapeno in half the long way up to the stem and then slice as thin as you can get.
4. Quarter the red onion and then slice as fine as possible.
5. Quarter the cucumber and leave green skin on, take out the seed and then slice in 1/4 inch slices
Cooking: the acid in the lime juice cooks the Shrimp!
6. Put your chopped NaturalShrimp in the zip lock bag, squeeze out the limes in bag add the juice, whole rinds and also the cup of key lime juice then seal and push the air out of bag then chill for about 20-30 Minutes. You will see the shrimp turning whiter. Then add all your other ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well together. When the shrimp is finished cooking, add the shrimp to your mixing bowl.
Presentation:
7. Serve the Ceviche in a whiskey tumbler and ENJOY!

NaturalShrimp Rolls

DIFFICULTY: Intermediate
YIELDS: 1 Serving
PREP TIME: 45 mins
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs peeled Natural Shrimp
1 Pack 12 ct Brioche mini buns (Wal-Mart market side has a great Brioche Bun)
¼ lb Soft Butter
½ cup Chopped chives
2 sticks Celery
1 LG Red onion
2 limes or lemons (I prefer lemon but if you like lime it will work as well)
1.50 cups Mayonnaise (Hellman’s or Miracle whip works well)
½ tbsp table spoon Old bay seasoning
½ head ice berg lettuce, Shredded
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil (blanch) the Natural Shrimp in Boiling water once the water boils turn down to a simmer till shrimp is firm and cooked for about 3 minutes then cool with ice water. Then give the shrimp a rough chop, you want big chunks.
2. Dice the celery as fine as possible.
3. Dice the red onion as fine as possible.
4. Slice the buns in half and butter all sides and toast on medium heat in a skillet till Golden Brown.
5. Cut you lime or lemon in half
Mixing -

Put your chopped Natural shrimp in the mixing bowl, squeeze out the lemon or lime juice and add to bowl (no Seeds) add fine diced red onions, Celery, old bay seasoning and Mayonnaise mix all ingredients till all well blended together if your mixture is not wet enough you can add more Mayonnaise to your

7. Serve on your toasted bun add shredded ice berg lettuce and top off with Fresh Chives. You can add a spicy kick to it with sliced Jalepenos. ENJOY!
