Earlier in the year we visited The Geneva Motorshow with Twisted Automotive. Showcasing their new model the Series IIA, the stand was also filled with a white 110 fitted with an LS3 V8 and the latest branding for the upcoming Twisted releases.

Automotive Grade Linux (AGL) is an open source project at the Linux Foundation bringing together 150+ members including 11 automakers to develop a shared software platform for all automotive applications including infotainment, instrument cluster, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and autonomous driving. With Linux at its core, AGL is developing an open platform from the ground up that can serve as the de facto industry standard to enable rapid development of new features and technologies. Although initially focused on In-Vehicle-Infotainment (IVI), AGL is the only organization planning to address all software in the vehicle, including instrument cluster, heads up display, telematics, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving. The AGL platform is available to all, and anyone can participate in its development. Automotive Grade Linux is a Collaborative Project at The Linux Foundation. We took advantage of the Autosens conference to showcase the capabilities of our image sensor the VG6768, based on a unique pixel architecture which allows 145dB high dynamic range, and as you can see on the demo, really good night vision and no LED flicker effect! All of this at 60fps which makes the viewing very smooth. Here we have worked with VIA optronics to create a ready-made e-Mirror automotive grade camera that embodies all the features we were just discussing.
