Dr Frank shared with a clerk her county was adding 1,000 names and removing 1,000 per year! She is the one that does this type of work, the problem is SHE DID NOT add these names & remove them! Over 400 requests were made to Election Clerks & Comm. for the Cast Vote Records but have been denied. Clerks called the Sec. Of States office and did not know of the record or where to retrieve it, they replied we don't have it, requesters are not allowed to receive it, we don't know how to get it and other excuses came from the 93 counties.
