To Do List - Done! How To Finish Your To-Do List When Feeling Overwhelmed
This 1 simple step in the morning, changes everything
Staring at a to-do list and not being able to see yourself doing any of it? I had that happen this morning.
2 things were on my list that had been there all week. (ok in all honesty, 1 of them for a few weeks.)
What did I do?
I meditated. More specifically I used a Guided Meditation.
Why? Because that allowed my brain to focus on the words instead of the thoughts creating overwhelm, and I was able to then release them without even trying. Meditating allowed me to get back to being the empowered, action taking me I normally am.

How To Change A Habit Easily - Where You Shop, Where You Spend Time etc.
How can we shift our habits or ways of being with ease and flow? In other words how to we resolve to make a change, that we think will suck - but embrace it and find it easy and joyful instead?
No - not mindset. :) Understanding how our brains work, and knowing that we are ritual and habit based beings. If we can replace with something of equal or greater value to our lives, the shift is easy.
This past week many people are looking to be more intentional in how they spend their time, where they spend their time, and where they spend their money. And yet some struggle, because they haven't figured out what to replace it with. ❤️
Start asking what you can add, and it gets much easier to change a habit or way of being. Including where you shop, what you interact with, or how you spend your time.
