Can I reveal my supplement stack? Big Announcement
First of all, thank you for watching my videos, all the likes, subscribing, and the kind comments. Positivity and support always help, even from people we have never met in person.
Although I have answered many questions, one kept returning, which is what medications and supplements I took to get my cancer in remission. As my followers know, this is my 4th cancer, and I have declined ALL standard of care, and that complicates things.
...

Clear SCANS after metabolic cancer treatment: am I cured?
The previous video showed my 4 months of alternative cancer treatment timeline to achieve complete remission and NED, No Evidence of Disease. It means that the doctors, based on the clinical tests and scans, cannot detect cancer in my body. And that was a fantastic result. In fact, it was the best possible outcome.
However, over my life, I have had 4 cancer diagnoses from several cancers. And now I also have 4 complete remissions. 4 times NED. So I have been here before.

My alternative cancer treatment, layer 3: oxygen and muscle mass
Otto Warburg studied the metabolism and respiration of cancer cells. He found that cancer cells prefer to ferment glucose. That means anaerobic respiration even in the presence of oxygen. Cancer seems to thrive when oxygen is low. That is why I flood the body with it. One of the simple ways to do it is by exercising and getting your heartbeat up, pumping blood around, and breathing lots of air. I translate this into at least 1 hour of physical exercise per day. Typically, I plan 20 minutes per day of resistance training and 40 minutes of cardio. Resistance training might be training with weights or simple bodyweight exercises.
Cardio is broad: cycling, jogging, brisk walking, working in the garden, chopping wood. The principle is getting my heart rate at least 50 to 60% above my resting heart rate. In my case, I aim for a minimum of 100 bpm. All activity gets logged through my sports watch, which indicates how much energy was burned. Combined with the food app that logs my calorie intake, I get my total energy balance over the day.
I am exercising and don't call it training. The goal is not performance or personal records. I keep the weights light so I can do it every day, 7 days per week. Remember, the goal is to stay alive, not win a powerlifting competition.
Besides oxygenating the body, muscle mass is crucial to survival. The Lancet published a study in 2015 that showed that grip strength was a stronger predictor of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality than blood pressure.
Due to my frequent fasting and diet, I am prone to muscle loss. By exercising daily, I aim to hang on to as much muscle mass as possible. Muscle matters.

Cancer update: 5 months after diagnoses, 15 weeks of alternative treatment
We are now 5 months or 22 weeks since my 4th cancer diagnosis.
After getting a grip on my situation and researching my options, I have been on my alternative cancer treatment protocol for 15 weeks without a doctor's supervision. No doctor, no pharmacy. I finished 5 cycles of 3 weeks and am currently doing cycle 6.
As I explained in previous videos, every 21-day cycle consists of 4 days of water fasting (the green areas in the graph) and 17 days of strict ketogenic eating (the white areas). The non-toxic medications are taken across the 21 days.
The vertical axe on the left shows my body weight in kilograms.
The horizontal axe is the timeline.
The orange line shows the fluctuation of my body weight in time.
In the green fasting zones, you see the steep drops in weight. The eating days in the white areas are in a caloric surplus to regain weight before the next fast.
The first 3 cycles of 9 weeks went perfectly.
In cycles 4 and 5 however, I did not regain initial weight.
Overall, I have lost 2kg over 15 weeks, which is not bad considering the 20 days of fasting.
What worries me a little, is that according to my nutrition app, I ate all calories to regain the weight, fasting days included, even with a small surplus. I can't explain these 2 kilograms that disappeared. Assuming these are fat, 18'000 calories went missing in a system that worked like a Swiss watch for the first 9 weeks. I have to keep my eyes on the ball.
Strength-wise, my lifting numbers are the same as at the beginning of the therapy 15 weeks ago, so I probably maintained muscle mass.
At this point, I have no information on the evolution of the cancer inside my body. I feel pretty good. No visible lumps, no symptoms or complaints. But I have no data on whether my cancer grew, metastasized, or spread to other organs. So, I ordered 2 scans to monitor the situation in the coming weeks.
Firstly, a PET scan will screen my entire body for cancer and get a reliable total overview.
Secondly, a local ultrasound will check the groin area, where my first metastases were found, to screen for lumps, tumors, or swollen lymph nodes.
So, I will continue my strict alternative treatment protocol for a few more weeks. Then comes judgment day.

My alternative cancer treatment, layer 2: meds and supplements
I decided not to take conventional cancer treatments like chemo and radiotherapy. Instead, I selected metabolic treatment based on the principles of Otto Warburg, explained in previous videos.
Metabolic treatment is my foundation, the basement of the building, as it were.
The second layer of treatment, the ground floor, is medications, supplements, and vitamins that are non-toxic and hardly have side effects. Contrary to chemotherapy, these can be taken non-stop, year-round. Where chemotherapy harms all cells, hoping to kill the cancer, my therapy doesn't. For years, I had chemo and radiation as the standard of care for my previous cancers. It almost killed me several times. Due to the extreme toxicity levels, chemo had to be cycled and often suspended. During these breaks, the cancer recovers and grows. With non-toxic alternatives, I keep the pressure on at all times. No breaks.
Currently, the amount of pills is around 40 daily. In the beginning, when my treatment was not on point yet, and I was still experimenting with doses and tolerance, I took them 4 times a day. Recently, I felt that 10 pills in one sitting got too hard on my stomach, so I shifted to 8 times per day (8x5 tablets) at 2-hour intervals.
Since I don't have a doctor prescribing medications and no pharmacy to prepare them, I had to research what I needed, determine the dose, and search for reliable suppliers. Once taken delivery, I start experimenting and testing for tolerance and interaction with other compounds.
Some of the pills have direct cancer-killing properties. Part of the pills make the environment in the body unfavorable for cancer's growth and spread.
Some drugs are supplements and vitamins that reinforce the body and immune system.
Selecting the compounds was mainly based on medical publications of research, in-vitro experiments, in-vivo trials (in mice), human medical trials, and larger groups of testimonials from patients who did well on certain substances.
The coming months will tell whether my approach works.

My 4th cancer - no more conventional treatment, I go alternative
At age 51, I was diagnosed with cancer for the 4th time.
In my younger years, I battled non-Hodgkin lymphomas 3 times. I got the last rites and sacraments at age 22 after my second cancer.
This time, I was diagnosed with a Squamous Cell carcinoma metastasized to the lymph nodes in the groin area.
My treatment options are radical surgery, removing between 15 and 40 organs, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy.
I fought cancer and its consequences for over 12 years. My immune system got completely wiped out during the process. Rebuilding it from the sterile room to a minimum level took over 10 years.
I decided not to go down the conventional treatment route again. No more invasive surgery, poisonous chemo, or burning radiation. It ends here.
I decided to treat myself with alternative, non-toxic treatments. I have no doctor guiding me, prescribing medication or therapy, and no pharmacy preparing my meds. I'm on my own.
According to the medical world, I'm a dead man walking.

The foundation of my alternative cancer treatment
At the foundation of my cancer treatment lies the work of Nobel Prize-winning Otto Warburg. In the 1920s, he researched the metabolism and respiration of cancer cells.
Warburg found that cancer growth is caused by tumor cells generating energy mainly by the anaerobic breakdown of glucose (known as fermentation or anaerobic respiration)
Reverse engineering these findings results in depriving cancer of glucose, its primary source of energy, while well oxygenating the body.
Translating this to real life, I am cycling prolonged fasting followed by periods of a strict ketogenetic diet. This diet is high in fat and low to moderate in protein, with only trace amounts of carbohydrates.
A typical 3-week treatment cycle consists of 4 days of water-fasting followed by 17 days of eating. Entering those 17 days in deep ketosis, I must regain the weight I lost during the fast before starting the next cycle. I lose close to a kilogram per day of body weight during the fast, and I don't have endless body fat reserves at 1.76m (5ft8) with a 70kg (155lb) body weight. So, preserving muscle mass and body weight is a concern.
All food I consume is weighed and logged in an app so that I know the precise amount of nutrients and calories I use. This is where kitchen becomes pharmacy.
The fasting and keto cycles are the foundation of my therapy, and all other treatment builds on that.
