I am a patriot and 2A advocate and supporter from Oregon. I am currently fighting a legal battle against Oregon State Police for infringing the 2A rights of prior felons who have set-aside their records. OSP is operating under an incorrect opinion from the FBI that Oregon Set Asides to not qualify under USC 18 921(a)(20) as sufficient relief to no longer be considered a conviction. They incorrectly cite case law, and are playing legal contortion with the laws they cite.

This is a next level blame game.
