Two dead, one injured in Tacony triple shooting: video

TACONY – A triple shooting in Tacony left two men dead and another one injured, according to new video and police.
Authorities said the shooting unfolded on Saturday at around 5:30pm, on the 6700 block of Torresdale Avenue, in Philadelphia’s Tacony neighborhood.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 44-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his head. He was pronounced dead on the spot.
Police say a 42-year-old man was also shot in the abdomen. Police rushed him to Jefferson Torresdale where he died shortly after.
A 20-year-old man was shot twice in his leg and was grazed in the chest.
He was taken in a private vehicle to Jefferson Torresdale and is listed as stable.
Authorities say two people are in custody and a weapon has been recovered.
The motive is unclear at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

PHILADELPHIA – A man died after he was pushed onto the tracks at a SEPTA train station in University City on Thursday evening following a fight, according to video and reports.
This incident unfolded on the platform at 34th and Market streets at around 4:30pm.
The other man involved was arrested at the next station stop at 40th Street Station, according to police.

Man shot near Christown Spectrum mall following parking lot argument: video
PHOENIX, Arizona – New video shows the moment a man was shot in the area of Christown Spectrum mall.
According to a brief statement, officers were called to the area of 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road regarding a shooting at around 7:40 p.m. on Jan. 19.
“When officers arrived, they located an adult male with at least one gunshot wound. The man was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries,” read a portion of the statement. “Preliminary information indicates that an argument in a parking lot nearby resulted in the shooting.”
An investigation remains ongoing, according to police.
