A Conversation With Emily & Ex RCMP Member
Emily speaks with retired RCMP Member Lee Keane on the Pride lights displayed at the RCMP detachment in Chilliwack BC. Lee's first posting was at the Chilliwack RCMP detachment, now called Upper Fraser Valley Detachment.
Lee served as a RCMP Member for 32 years and 201 days and his knowledge and experience on process, oaths and service are invaluable.
Moms Against The Norm would like to thank Lee immensely for sharing his opinions, knowledge and experience with Emily, allowing a small inside look for the public on how the RCMP operate and how a decision like displaying neon coloured Pride lights and Pride flag would come to be.
Do you feel the Pride displays at the detachment are an example of impartiality? Let us know in the comments!

A Conversation With Emily, Keegan & Angelo
Emily sits down and chats with two teens from School District 33, Chilliwack BC. Keegan and Angelo are grade 11 students at Imagine High and they share their feelings on gender politics in public education. The two boys also share their experience on May 8, 2024 when the Chilliwack RCMP held a job fair at Imagine High and a trans woman, biological male, RCMP member accessed the girls change room rather than using the staff washroom.
Should these boys' feelings be taken into consideration by the administration and government? Or should they be labelled and ignored? Who's feelings should we be considering in all this? Everyones or just some peoples? Who decides? Let us know in the comments, and don't forget to like and share this video!

September 20, 2023 FOI
What is the significance of September 20, 2023? It was the Million March For Children protest across Canada in support of parental rights and inclusion in our public education system. One of the actions of that day was to keep our kids home from school in protest.
How many students were absent on September 20, 2023? How do we find out? So many questions! To help answer them we have put together a video on exactly how we found that 96,872 students were absent in BC on September 20, 2023.
If you would like to file a Freedom of Information Request (FOI) in BC here is the link to do so:
https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/governments/about-the-bc-government/open-government/open-information/freedom-of-information

A Conversation With Emily and Tori Olason
Emily talks with Tori Olason a parent who spoke at the school district 22 board meeting in Vernon BC on December 13, 2023. Olason felt she had a message that needed to be heard so she stood up and began to speak. This spurred the entire board to not just get up and walk out on Olason and all the other tax payers present, but to turn on loud disruptive music, turn off the lights and call the RCMP.
Since the December 13th meeting the school board has come out saying that "they (attending tax payers) loudly verbally abused staff and other people present", using that as reason for suspending in person public access to future meetings. See mainstream media version here https://infotel.ca/newsitem/breaking-public-barred-from-vernon-school-board-meetings-after-protest/it102810?fbclid=IwAR1E55qJK1WK08K2DrhpQWT1wYwuOOOHDrkYzx7IuBljmuZ1O2LlaKSEmy8 . They have also issued Olason a no trespassing order for all school district 22 property.
Is this treatment becoming a trend from school boards across BC? With board members in Chilliwack BC muting speakers, to Mission BC blasting ABBA at audiences to now concerned parents being given no trespassing orders for simply trying to communicate their concerns.
Pour a tea, grab a snack, and sit back and listen as Tori takes Emily through the events of December 13, 2023 as she experienced them and shares some of her opinions and ideas along the way.

Chilliwack BC January 13, 2024 SOGI123 Educational Q&A
What Is SOGI123 | How does it affect our children.
Chilliwack, BC, saw the first successful educational/conversational event in Canada.
The format for the evening, was to have 3 well educated panellists from our community, available to speak, from each "camp":
- pro-SOGI123 & anti-SOGI123.
Speakers who appeared for the anti-SOGI camp were:
- Darrell Furgason, who was once a SD33 trustee
- Kaethe Jones, a retired Chilliwack school teacher & researcher. She helps parents with alternative and home school information.
- Kellie-Lynn Annette Pirie (aka Kenneth). Biological female, detransitioner and the founder of Detrans Alliance Canada https://www.detransalliancecanada.com
Speakers who appeared for the pro-SOGI camp were: NO ONE.
Invitation emails were sent to many who could speak on this. The first people invited on the pro-SOGI camp, were Chilliwack School Board Trustees (SD33), they being considered the most knowledgeable by the parents in our community. Since 5 of our 7 school trustees, are promoting SOGI in our schools, they were the ones, who should have been there to answer questions about the pros of this resource being implemented throughout classes from K to 12.
Specifically invited for the pro-SOGI side were:
Willow Reichelt, willow_reichelt@sd33.bc.ca, board chair
Carin Bondar, carin_bondar@sd33.bc.ca
Margaret Reid, margaret_reid@sd33.bc.ca
David Swankey, david_swankey@sd33.bc.ca
Teri Westerby, teri_westerby@sd33.bc.ca (Who is also the marketing director of Chilliwack Pride Society)
SD33 Superintendent:
Rohan Arul-Pragasam, rohan_arul-pragasam@sd33.bc.ca,
..and SD33 Assistant Superintendents:
Kirk Savage, kirk_savage@sd33.bc.ca
Paula Jordan, paula_jordan@sd33.bc.ca
David Manuel, david_manuel@sd33.bc.ca
.. were also sent invitations, to be on the panel, or send anyone they chose to sit on the panel on their behalf.
Once it became obvious, that the people above were not going to accept their invitations to join the forum, invitations were sent to many other people who are knowledgeable and of the pro-SOGI 'camp'.
Here is the original email invitation:
RE: Public Forum January 13, 2024
I am extending a personal invitation to you or a representative to join as a panellist or as an audience member on the evening of January 13, 2024. This event is dedicated to parents and others seeking additional information about the SOGI resources within our school district.
The main emphasis of the evening will be on panellists addressing questions from the audience, aiming to empower parents and community members to ask questions to both sides. This encourages an open and transparent exchange of truthful responses.
If you or a representative from your office would like to participate as a panellist, please reply to the attached email at protectourchildren88@proton.me at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.
Tracee,
(Organizer's name).
~~~~~~~~
Let's hope we see more of these across Canada in 2024 as people are asking for conversation regarding why SOGI123 is being implemented in education systems across Canada... what are the positives/negatives? Should we keep it, or do away with it?
My name is Kellie, my legal name is Kenneth.
I am my mother's baby girl and my father's only daughter. I was born in BC Canada. After my mother married an American I grew up in small town USA. Subsequent to their divorce, mom moved us back to Canada, where I graduated high school, acquired a post secondary education and worked in a wide array of professions. I first encountered trans ideology in 2002, succumbed to the enchantment of transitioning female to male in 2004, started testosterone in 2005, had a bilateral mastectomy in 2006 and a hysterectomy in 2008. My disenchantment with Genderology, as a religious movement, began in 2010. I fled from Vancouver's gender scene to return to long-haul trucking early 2011. Working in such a male dominated profession finally opened my eyes to the differences between men and women.
Attending the Vancouver CPATH conference in 2017 was my first introduction to the manner in which Genderology driven by Queer theory had taken over transition specific health care.
School District 20 and Hetero Pride Inclusion
Administrations across the country, take note. Superintendent of BC School District 20 Katherine Shearer engages with Emily Duggan of Moms Against The Norm with care, a listening ear and respectful dialogue.
Do we really need to have sexual orientation flags hung at our educational institutions? No, we don't. However, to have one demographic and one only represented with a flag and not the other, well, we can't exactly call that inclusion or diversity now can we.
We at Moms Against The Norm would like to see academics and academics only being promoted in our public education institutions. We would like to see the Canadian and Provincial flags only. That said, if a Gay and or Trans Pride flag is flying at a school, we see it only fair to also fly the Heterosexual Pride flag.
We look forward to following up with School District 20 and their decision; if they will or won't include Heterosexual Pride to their hallways.
A Conversation With Emily and a BC Registered Clinical Counsellor
On July 21, 2023 Emily Duggan interviewed a BC Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC on her professional opinion on SOGI 123. SOGI 123 stands for Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and is a teaching practice that is embedded in all 60 school districts of British Columbia. It includes introducing children as young as 5 years old to adult sexuality by way of prescribed resources from the BC Ministry of Education in partnership with the ARC Foundation.
Take a listen as this Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters in counselling psychology and specialized training in working with child victims and adult survivors of child sexual abuse including training with the justice institute shares with us her 40 plus years experience with sexually, physiologically, physically and emotionally abused children and adult survivors and why SOGI 123 is in fact sexually abusive to all children.
Due to fear of public backlash and targeting she would like to remain anonymous.
Story Time With Emily Episode #5
Imagine going through all the motions to become a teacher, only to be prescribed this book to read to your grade 4 class.
Let's Talk About It is recommended for Intermediate age students. That's age 10 and up.
Is anal play really a topic that we need our grade 4 teachers discussing with their class? Is that not a bit much to ask of our teachers? Have our teachers been properly trained on how to deliver this information? Has anyone asked our teachers if this is a lesson they wish to teach?
What path has our public education system begun to go down? How long are we going to stand by and not say anything about it?
This book can be found in public schools across BC, like in School District 20 at Stanley Humphries Secondary School, or in School District 8 in J.V. Humphries Elementary School.
Let us know in the comments how you feel about teachers being recommended to read this book to their students at school. If your a teacher, let us know how you feel about being put in a position to potentially have to read this book to other peoples children.
Don't forget to like and share!
CBC comes to Nelson BC
On June 6, 2023 Chris Walker from CBC's the Daybreak Show came to Nelson and did a live audience taping of the show. Emily Duggan from Moms Against The Norm attended. There was a question period at the end for the audience to ask questions about CBC. Take a listen to how Chris answers Emily's question about CBC not sharing both sides of the story and wondering if that is actually good journalism or not.
The topic of this event was dissent. In the words of British journalist Melanie Phillips;
"Dissent can not be permitted, so we're in what a, a thinker of a previous age called Cultural Totalitarianism. No alternative is to be permitted." Which is basically what Chris Walker admits to in his answer to Emily.
Take a watch and let us know in the comments what your thoughts are. Don't forget to like and share!
