Part 3 of 3. Third and final piece of Lauren’s Introductory “Workout With Me” video, the first in a series where Lauren works out while giving advice and sharing personal stories and examples relating to “breaking free from the Matrix” through mindset and entrepreneurship, which requires courage and self-confidence that doesn’t come from anyone or anything outside of one’s self.
In this final part of the full 45 minute workout, I get into what more there is to life beyond the 9-5, why they really banned Andrew Tate, and why I’m jumping in the arena to be a part of this necessary conversation.
Note: Apologies for all the “likes” and “ums” used while trying to focus on my thoughts as I exercised. Will work on improving this speech crutch as, well as my breathing, so that future videos sound smoother.

Workout With Me: Let’s Break The Matrix (Part 1)
In this first video in Mind Mantra Yoga’s “Workout With Me” series, Lauren does a 45 minute Peloton workout while candidly discussing various topics such as the importance of moving your body and getting exercise for your mind, fatphobia, the need to act/do things and stop planning, entrepreneurship, and shifting your perspective away from the 9-5 debt slave mindset.
You are encouraged to use the time to workout yourself, whether on a spin bike or any other type of physical exercise. Please share your own thoughts, perspectives, and reactions to the topics covered, as well as any questions or issues you want to see discussed in future videos, in the comments!
NOTE: The video had to be broken up into three 15-min shorter videos due to upload issues. There will be three parts, please feel free to watch in parts doing shorter workouts/stretches or back-to-back for a longer workout.
Part of the message of all my videos is to release anxiety over what others think as well as over fear of failure. Stop stopping yourself from taking action and starting, “just do it” and take the first step towards your goal, no matter what it is.
