The International Law of U.N. Charter of 1978 says occupied people and besieged people (Palestine) have the actual Right for Armed Self Defense of themselves. Palestine has been listed as Besieged since 1948 by (Israel), International Law. 3. International Court of Justice (ICJ) and International Criminal Court (ICC): The ICJ settles legal disputes between states and gives advisory opinions on international legal questions. Israel, like any other country, can be taken to the ICJ, but only if it consents to the court’s jurisdiction. The ICC can prosecute individuals for genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression. However, the ICC only has jurisdiction if the accused is a national of a state party, the crime took place on the territory of a state party, or if the situation is referred to by the Security Council.
