After my first year of homeschooling came to an end, I had a moment to look back and reflect on what was accomplished. How did my expectations line up with reality? Truthfully, it didn't but that's to be expected. What I didn't not expect was was knowing that much of the year I could have done more. I got lazy and that was hard to swallow and admit about myself. However, it was totally necessary. I will not let this defeat me, I'm ready to take what I've learned and continue doing God's will for myself and my family. The crate system is a popular way that homeschool parents use to organize their paperwork. How it works is, first you get the curriculum you are using. If you have student workbooks, you pull out the worksheets for the entire week. Put them in the folder 📂. You will do this for the entire year if you want and have all the worksheets planned out ahead of time. This didn't work out for me, as I was constantly adjusting my worksheets every time I didn't complete them that week. Which was very often. Maybe it will work out for you 🙂. Thanks for watching ❤️
