RECIPE:
1. Steam a 12oz bag of riced cauliflower and drain all the water out. I used a cheesecloth to do so.
2. Put it in a bowl and add in:
•1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
•1 egg
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp black pepper
•1/2 tsp garlic powder
•1/2 tsp onion powder
3. Mix it all together.
4. Press the mixture into a greased muffin top pan. *You don't want it to be too thick.
5. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes. I liked it best at 12 minutes.

RECIPE:
1. In a bowl, add:
•3 peeled and halved avocados
•1 chopped roma tomato
•1 small chopped onion
•1 diced jalapeño
•1 handful of cilantro
•Juice of 1 lime
•1 tsp salt
•1 tsp minced garlic
2. Mix it all up until well combined. I used my meat chopper to do this and it worked perfectly!
☆To store leftovers, place it in an airtight container along with 2 avocado pits. This will help it to not turn brown. 🙌

RECIPE:
1. Heat your griddle over medium-high heat.
2. Oil your griddle.
3. Sprinkle some shredded colby jack cheese on the griddle in a rectangular shape.
4. Pour a mixture of eggs beaten with a splash of heavy cream over the cheese.
5. Add on your favorite omelette fixings. I did breakfast sausage, peppers and onions.
6. Roll it up and enjoy!
🔥 Drizzle on some hot sauce if you like a little heat and flavor added to your omelette.

RECIPE:
1. Add all these ingredients to a cast iron skillet:
•1lb cooked chorizo
•1 chopped tomato
•1 diced jalapeño
•1/2 of a yellow onion, chopped
•4oz cubed Mexican Velveeta cheese
•6oz cubed Monterey Jack cheese
•3oz cubed cheddar cheese
•1 handful of chopped cilantro
2. Cook it on your grill, stove or even in your oven over medium heat. Mine only took a few minutes to start to melt and then I mixed it all together and cooked it for about 5 more minutes.

📝Notes:
•I always use 80/20 ground beef for our Smash Burgers.
•I seasoned it with worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt.
•Roll the beef into balls and smash them as soon as you put them on your hot griddle.
•I use a piece of parchment paper and a press to smash them flat.
•Flip them over as soon as you smash them all.
•I smear Dukes mayo on our buns before toasting them. *I use Keto buns from Aldi for myself.
•I sliced the zucchini, seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked it on the griddle with a tablespoon of butter.
•I squirt some water on it and add the cooking dome to help it steam fast.

RECIPE:
1. Add 2 cups of chicken broth, 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 2 tbsp of my homemade taco seasoning, 1 can of rotel, the juice of one lime and a handful of cilantro to your slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Drain any liquid out and then shred the chicken.
4. Tear your flatbreads into thirds.
5. Place some chicken and cheese on one end and roll them up tightly. *Pro tip: work with just 1 or 2 flatbreads at a time and work quickly. They dry up fairly fast if left to sit out on the counter.
6. Brown them in a small amount of oil. If you'd like to bake them in the oven, I'd recommend spritzing them with some avocado oil spray and cook them at 375° until brown and crispy. This will take less than 5 minutes so keep an eye on them!

particular my Dad and this is HOME for me. Every morning I would wake up in my house in Bulgaria my dad had these on the table with fresh tomatoes on the side for breakfast and it’s something I look forward to when I go there every summer. These are the most incredible feta, egg and cheese toasts or “sandwiches” as we like to call them. If you have never tried anything like this I highly recommend it and to be honest, what’s not to like about feta and cheese on buttered bread lol. I am drooling already so let’s get started as this couldn’t be easier:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 pieces of rye bread — lightly buttered
2 eggs
handful of feta — about 1/3 cup
handful of any grated cheese — about 1/2 cup
pinch of salt
dry oregano on top or savory as well call it “chubritza” back home
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please note: you can use goat cheese if you don’t like feta. We don’t measure so add as much cheese and feta as you like. I use Bulgarian cheese (Kashkaval) but feel free to use cheddar or even mozzarella. Any cheese you love will work. Please keep a very close eye on them because they can easily burn on broil. I suggest checking every minute or so until they are golden.

Rye bread or sourdough works best for this recipe or any firmer sliced bread. Butter it lightly with some softened butter (or margarine) and set it aside. To a bowl add the eggs, salt, feta and grated cheese and mix fully until combined. Add a few tablespoons of the mixture on top of each slice of bread and spread it out all the way to the crust. On a low rack put your oven on BROIL ( top broiler on ) and keep a very close eye on them. Mine took 10 minutes but it will really depend on the oven. As soon as they are golden and feel firm on top they are ready. Sprinkle on dry oregano or dry savory and enjoy.

Tastes like a lemon creamsicle and it’s an absolute dream. If you haven’t seen the lemonade trend yet, I suggest you give it a try asap. This is my take on it and instead of plain water I actually love to add strawberry sparkling water instead as it takes it to a whole new level for me. Feel free to use any flavoured sparkling water you like. This recipe is 3 ingredients and it couldn’t be easier. You will need:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
juice of one lemon — 1/4 to 1/3 cup
2-3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
sparkling water — any
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please note: I used strawberry sparkling water but you can use any. Feel free to add rum as it makes a really delicious take on piña colada. To make this dairy-free I would personally try coconut milk from a can and skim some of the cream that sits on top, add some sugar and lemon juice and I feel like it would taste absolutely delicious.

Squeeze your lemon juice into a glass measuring cup or any cup and add your sweetened condensed milk. Whisk it or use a frother to combine together. You are more than welcome to also do this in a blender but there’s no need to make a mess. Add ice and lemon slices to a glass and pour in the sweetened condensed milk mixture. Top it off with any sparkling water of choice and enjoy. This recipe makes one big glass but feel free to make a big batch if you have people over. Rum is optional but oh so good 😉

I can honestly eat this for breakfast lunch or dinner end it takes 10 minutes maximum from start to finish. If every breakfast restaurant served potato hash like this, I would probably live there. This is everything I adore and strive for in home cooking. It is so simple with 4-5 ingredients but absolutely delicious. Often times the easiest recipes are the ones that taste the best in my humble opinion and we do not need 36 different ingredients to make something taste good. For this recipe you will need:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 large potatoes — I used Yukon Yellow potatoes
1/2 finely diced onion
salt, pepper, dry oregano to taste
2-3 tablespoons avocado oil
parsley for garnish
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please note: I love sprinkling feta on top but it’s totally optional. Feta is life. Feel free to use any seasonings you like as well as any potato of choice.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch circles. Cut each circle lengthwise and then dice it the opposite way so that you have very small cubes. Your potato cubes should be more or less the same size so that they can cook evenly. Dice your onion as well and on medium-high heat on the stove add the oil of choice to a skillet and sauté your onions for 1-2 minutes until translucent. Add the diced potatoes and stir. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and stir again. Let the potatoes cook as you stir until they have colour. Once they have colour add a lid on your pan and let them cook for 2-3 minutes. By adding on a lid you are allowing the potato to cook on the inside. Keep an eye on them and once they are crispy, golden and fully cooked you can take them off the heat. You can always give the potato a taste test and season with more salt accordingly. Garnish with parsley and if you wanted to add feta on top you are more than welcome to. Sometimes we do and other times we don’t. Enjoy and follow for more.
