How to make sourdough bread in a loaf
Take a cast iron pot, place the loaf pan inside, line the aluminum loaf pan with unbleached parchment paper, then place your dough inside. Cover the cast iron pot. Bake on your normal sourdough temperature (450).
Since the sourdough is in a second container within the cast iron pot, it can add 3-4 extra minutes to the bake time.

How to make infused water in ice cubes with Malka Reichman Herbalist
3 different types of infused water explained:
1. fresh lemon and fresh mint leaves
2. Use a microplane shredder to shred 1 turmeric root (rhizome), 1 ginger root (rhizome) and 2 zest of 2 lemons and split up the shreds into the ice cubes and fill the rest with water
3. Make a very concentrated tea (herbal infusion) og whole all spice, whole clove, whole cinnamin sticks, cut up pieces of lemon and orange rind (scrubbed well first). Pour boiling water over the 5 herbs. Let the herbs sit in the hot water till it cools off and gets infused well in the water. Stir occasionally while the water is still hot. After 2 hours, fill up ice cube trays with the tea. Don't dilute with water. Add a few of the ice cubes to a glass of water for a stimulating healthy drink.

4 T celtic gray salt

leave on countertop for 6-8 days. Make sure the vegetables are completely submerged and below the waterline. Once it is fermented (sour enough for you), refrigerate.
