Plantation AT My Front Entryway
When I force myself to think about it, maybe the garden is enticing because of the feeling it evokes. My front garden sets an interesting tone and lets people know that a gardener who loves plants, wildlife, and her family lives here. And because our entry garden is a reflection of who we are, it makes people feel instantly welcome in our space. It doesn’t matter if you know every genus and species in the beds because the beds create a relaxing, inviting, and intriguing atmosphere.

Uber Extends Its Face-Covering Requirement Indefinitely
Uber is doubling down on its mask-wearing rule by extending the requirement indefinitely for rides in the U.S. and Canada.
But with infections rates on the rise in numerous states across the U.S., the company now says riders and drivers must wear a face covering during trips until further notice.
If a passenger refuses to wear a face covering, drivers have the power to cancel the ride.
Likewise, if a driver is not wearing a covering, the passenger can cancel the trip and also report the driver.
The ridesharing behemoth is asking drivers to snap a selfie at the start of their shift to show they’re wearing a mask.
It also sends a notification to riders to remind them of the mask requirement prior to the start of a trip.
Regularly discarding, or washing, a face covering is also an important part of mask hygiene.
Ridesharing numbers tanked earlier this year as stay-at-home measures were put in place in a bid to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Remember Coronavirus is still around us.
We need to be careful, world can not afford an other covid-19 wide spread due to negligence.
Be safe and provide others a healthy living and working space.
We all live in the same sphere and we have to help each other to make it a safe place.

How To Socialize In A Pandemic - Harvard Health Blog
Abstaining from all social contact for the long haul won’t be a sustainable option for most people.
So, how can we make decisions about socializing during the coronavirus pandemic?
Risk isn’t binary
Staying home alone or with your household members is still the lowest-risk choice you can make with respect to catching or spreading the coronavirus.
But risk isn’t binary, and there’s a lot in between those two options.
Thinking about a spectrum of risk can help you choose the lowest-risk options for socializing that will be sustainable for you in the long term.
For example, pay attention to whether the number of new cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are high or low, or increasing or decreasing.
Some regions are opening while these numbers remain fairly high, so you may choose to be more conservative with your social contact than the current recommendations in your area.
Just because the hair salon is open doesn’t mean you have to get a haircut.
Evaluate the risk of the activity, which includes its duration and setting.
The highest risk for transmission is with close contact, prolonged interaction, and enclosed environments.
In contrast, keeping a distance of at least six feet, brief interactions, and outdoor settings will keep risk lower.

Sitting indoors a few feet away from a friend and having a long talk is a higher-risk situation than going for a stroll or chatting briefly with that person outdoors.

Consider vulnerability to the coronavirus.
If you or your social contacts are particularly vulnerable to the coronavirus, either because of older age or underlying health conditions, factor this into your assessment of risk when making decisions about interactions outside of your household.
Face coverings can further reduce risk, and are particularly important when interacting with people in close proximity or indoors.
Consider vulnerability to the coronavirus.
It also helps to use other protective measures, including frequent handwashing.
Just because the hair salon is open doesn’t mean you have to get a haircut.
Try to keep tabs on what’s happening with community spread where you live.
How can you assess the spectrum of risk?

Harm reduction strategies can help
The benefits of being social
Health is more than just disease prevention.
Unlike abstinence-only messaging, which simply tells people to stay home, a harm reduction approach meets people where they are by accepting that it isn’t always possible to eliminate risk.
As we enter the fourth month of this pandemic, with many more months ahead, it’s time to start thinking about sustainability.

This Is The Most Underrated Quality Of Each Zodiac Sign
Aries: You’re a huge romantic
Aries are generally associated with energy and childlike enthusiasm, and a fiery spirit.
However, most people tend not to realize how much of a romantic you are underneath the surface.
Taurus: You are so sure of yourself
Taureans have a reputation for being stubborn and even a bit materialistic at times.
Yet you have a down to earth nature that draws people in- and a big part of the reason why is because of your self-assuredness.
Gemini: Your genuine intelligence
Geminis are known for having a vested interest in everything, but they are also stereotyped as being flaky and non-committal.
Most would assume that your intelligence stays at surface level, but talking with you for any amount of time shows how much knowledge you absorb.
Cancer: Your work ethic
While it’s true that Cancers have big hearts and hopes about romance, most people don’t realize how hard working they are.
If it means providing comfort and security, you will work your butt off, and you won’t even think twice about it.
Leo: Your generous heart
While everyone knows you for being the center of attention, it doesn’t mean you’re selfish.
If you have the means to spare, you aren’t afraid to go out of your way to help someone you care about.
Virgo: Your advice-giving capabilities
While it’s a running joke that Virgos can be bossy and determined to improve things, it doesn’t mean that they are always bad things.
Truthfully, you pay attention to others, spend so much time working on yourself, and learn from your mistakes often- which means your advice is good.
Libra: Your intensity
You tell them what they need to hear, and even if they roll their eyes a bit, your friends know that if they need honest and practical advice- you’re the one they’re going to.
You want everyone to be happy and content, but your own emotions aren’t docile or non-existent.
Scorpio: Your compassionate heart
Unfortunately, you tend to get a bad reputation as being jealous or vengeful.
Still, those who know you well are more than aware that you have a compassionate heart underneath that loner attitude.
Sagittarius Your creative and imaginative nature
You are fun to be around and have a blunt sense of humor, but often it seems your creativity is overlooked.
When it comes to finding new ways to do things, or envisioning new possibilities to roadblocks, you are more than ready to conjure them up.
Capricorn: Your hilarious and goofy side
You understand the value of working hard, but you also know there is a time to cut loose, too.
While most might assume you’re boring or stodgy, you have a hilarious sense of humor.
Aquarius: Your sense of loyalty
While you are often pegged as being a loner, this doesn’t mean you don’t care about others.
You don’t invest your time with just anybody, but with those you do, then you’re an absolute ride or die.
Pisces: Your attention to details
You are more than just emotions and daydreams- you have a sharp and analytical mind, too!
You are empathetic and good at picking up on others’ feelings- but you spend a great deal of time analyzing your emotions as well as the emotions of others so you can understand them better.

Disneyland Has Delayed Its Mid-July Reopening As Coronavirus Cases Spike In California
California had recently begun opening up some of its businesses, including movie theaters, and over the last few days it’s seen a spike in new cases.
Now comes word that Disneyland, which had once been confident about returning, won’t be making California's planned July 17 re-opening after all.
This comes from The Hollywood Reporter, which revealed that the Anaheim theme park — Disney’s original, lovingly overseen by Walt Disney himself 65 summers ago — would not be receiving the state clearance it needs to reopen its doors.
The same goes for Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, which had also planned to open back up.
Given the time required for us to bring thousands of cast members back to work and restart our business, we have no choice but to delay the reopening of our theme parks and resort hotels until we receive approval from government officials
Once we have a clearer understanding of when guidelines will be released, we expect to be able to communicate a reopening date.
That said, there is one Disney space that will open as planned: Downtown Disney, the shopping and dining district that’s part of the Disneyland Resort, will still be open to the public on July 9.
Disneyland and Walt Disney World, in Orlando, Florida, have both been closed since mid-March.
Like California, Florida has recently seen a spike in new coronavirus cases, which evidently hasn’t sufficiently frightened some of its population.
There is currently no new date for Disneyland’s reopening.

10 Delicious Foods That Are Healthier Than You Realize
These foods mentioned on Ask Reddit are healthier than you realize.
1 Potatoes.
Most peoples love to fry their potatoes or otherwise eat them with large amounts of things like butter, cheese and sour cream.
While still not the most nutritious veggie in terms of vitamins and minerals, a simple plain baked potato is under 200 calories and is fantastic for helping big eaters feel fuller with smaller meals.
2 Popcorn!
A lot of people think it can’t be good unless it’s drenched in butter, but there are so many healthy popcorn toppings to add to home-popped popcorn.
There are many people who say fresh produce is the way to go, but many times they are picked before they are ripe to be shipped to the grocery store.
3. frozen vegetables.
Frozen vegetables, on the other hand, are picked at peak ripeness so they tend to have higher concentrations of antioxidants and other micronutrients (other than those that are destroyed by heat when thawed) that would be found in less amounts in fresh produce.
So if you can’t get your produce locally, frozen vegetables are a great option and they last a long time!
4 Eggs.
they are high in nutrients and protein.
Many people are convinced they are bad for you because they contain quite a bit of cholesterol, but they raise HDL, the good type of cholesterol.
5 Burgers.
McDonalds may be unhealthy, but if you make them at home, there’s a lot of healthy ingredients in it.
6 Chocolate.
Not milk chocolate, the dark stuff.
It has a ton of good properties, and can help quite a bit with periods and other hormonal issues.
7 Peanut butter.
Fair source of fats but really good source of proteins.
8 Mac and cheese.
I always saw it as the absolute unhealthiest of unhealthy food but my dietician told me it’s actually fine for you, in moderate amounts of course.
Fair source of fats but really good source of proteins.
9 Chili!
Especially if you make a vegetarian chili, they’re super healthy, flavorful, nutritious, and easy to make.
10 Crepes.
The crepes alone are actually healthier than pancakes, it’s what you put on them that makes them unhealthy.
